Hello Followers,

Welcome to a new week and a new series begins.

Happy Monday!

All that we need for health and healing has been provided by God in nature, the challenge of science is to find it.

There are no incurable diseases only the lack of will.

There are no worthless herbs, only lack of knowledge.

Herbs are the friend of the physician and the pride of cooks.

Herbs can be used as natural treatments for a variety of illnesses and ailments, often without the same side effects as conventional medicines.

We will begin with these herbs:

1) Aloe Vera for skin problems

2) Rosemary to prevent carcinogenic damage

3) Peppermint for digestive issues

4) Garlic for heart health and cancer benefits

5) Thyme helps with mouth problems

6) Ginger helps prevent nausea

7) Chamomile for easing anxiety

8) Holy Basil for combatting stress

9) Sage For helping menstrual problems

10) Lavender for a better mood

Which ones are your favorites?

Tomorrow Dan and I will explore the herb, Aloe Vera

Make a difference

Dan and I have posted about how doing something worthwhile will give you a greater sense of worth and boost your day, but if you have already made a habit of giving and cleared some time in your schedule, you may want to take your contributions a step further.

In the past Dan and I have also posted on identifying your values.

So, if you have been following check back and see if you can think of any areas were

Could you mentor someone or sponsor them?

Or become an eco-activist?

Or donate blood?

Would you like to volunteer abroad in an orphanage or animal sanctuary, or do something similar closer to home?

Think about your strengths and how you could use these to support a cause you believe in.

If you are really clued up on your subject, you might want to write articles or a blog to bring in supporters.

If you are a brilliant people person, how about organizing a fundraiser or action group?

There is always a chance to put your skills to use if you think hard enough.

Making a positive difference to the world around you are one of the most powerful ways to turn an ordinary life into something extraordinary, so get thinking and see what you can do to change the world.

This created 5-minute morning meditation is a way for people to ground their energy quickly and effectively ready for the day ahead.

During this guided meditation, we visualize roots to help ground your energy.

We then mention the earth’s balancing energy whilst focusing on breathing so that the energy of the earth can be drawn into the body and any lower energy you may be holding can be released.

They have used the 432hz sound frequency for background music as the 432Hz frequency is believed to be in alignment with the natural vibrations and harmonies found in nature.

By exposing ourselves to this frequency, we may tap into the inherent grounding and balancing qualities of the Earth's natural resonance.

Grounding energy in the morning can be beneficial for several reasons, for example grounding in the morning helps establish a sense of centering and stability for the day ahead.

By connecting with the Earth's energy, you anchor yourself in the present moment and create a solid foundation to navigate the challenges and tasks of the day.

Grounding in the morning also sets a positive tone for the day.

It helps you start the day with a calm and balanced mindset, allowing you to approach your activities with greater clarity, focus, and resilience.

Practicing daily morning grounding can help to clear any stagnant or negative energy that may have accumulated overnight or the previous day.

It helps clear away any residual stress, anxiety, or emotional residue, allowing you to begin the day with a fresh and clear energy field.

Grounding in the morning can provide an energetic boost, revitalizing your mind, body, and spirit.

It can help enhance your overall well-being, promote a sense of vitality, and support optimal functioning of your physical and energetic systems.

It is important to ground your energy regularly, especially if you are an empath or lightworker, because very often you may find you are connecting with the higher spiritual energies and to create energetic balance you need to ground your energy with the earth.

To do this meditation it is recommended that you sit in a seated position either on a chair or on the floor, so your feet or tail bone relates to the earth.

For increased connection you could do the meditation outside if you can do so.

It is recommended that you do grounding meditation every day, especially if you do spiritual work of any kind or if you have a high spiritual vibration.

Until Tuesday, time is an herb that cures all Diseases. -- Benjamin Franklin
