Hello Followers,
Welcome to Tuesday!

A disease that has never been seen before cannot be cured with everyday herbs.
Do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
For example:
Handy Aloe vera is a great medicinal plant that really helps improve the condition of your skin.
You can grow aloe plants in the garden or indoors in pots.
You use the pulp of the leaves to heal burns and minor skin issues.
The aloe vera also works as an excellent moisturizer for the skin.
Edible forms of aloe can also be used to treat constipation and relieve digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome.
Aloe vera comes as a gel that you can apply to your skin and as a juice or gel that you can drink.
The leaf also contains a yellow liquid called aloe latex.
This plant-based remedy contains chemicals that reduce swelling in the skin, relieve redness and scaling, soothe itchy skin, and promote the growth of new skin cells.
These properties make aloe vera useful for treating skin conditions such as:
Acne
Cold sores (herpes)
Cuts and scrapes
Insect bites and stings
Minor burns and sunburn
Psoriasis

Getting back to nature
Spending time in a natural environment is important for your well-being and hopefully you have already found a few moments in your day to get some fresh air outdoors.
A walk during your lunch break is a great start.
But the more you immerse yourself in the natural world, the better the benefits, so why not try a wild experience?
There are hundreds of different organized wildlife encounters, trips, and safaris to choose from online, but it is brilliant fun to simply pick a warm night, pack a sleeping bag and camp out under the stars.
There is nothing more magical than hearing the dawn chorus and watching the sun rise.
So, why not spend a night camping somewhere close to home so that you can watch the changing scenery and experience a different side to your local area.
