Do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

Add adrenaline bursts



Enjoying short intense bursts of excitement will really get your heart pumping.


Activities that give you a quick rush of adrenaline are fun, obviously!


And will give you a great sense of achievement, but an adrenaline burst can also help you to release tension and breathe more easily and heighten your awareness too.



There are dozens of things you can try, from obvious options.


Such as bungee jumping or parachuting to more unusual activities like paramotoring, paragliding with a propeller strapped to your back.


In many cities you can take the view from a tall building, but abseiling down it, or stepping out onto a glass-floored observation deck at the top, will really get your heart pumping.


Extreme sports and death-defying drops are not the only adrenaline boosters out there.



There are other ways you can get your danger fix without spending too much money.


You could ask for a race-circuit driving experience for a birthday present or try driving a tank or tractor instead.


Clay-pigeon shooting and even Viking axe throwing are options too or just challenge yourself to do something that is a little outside your comfort zone.


Perhaps you could give a presentation at work, offer the toast at a party, or settle down for a night in with a horror movie.


You will enjoy the buzz of completing your challenge and it may even inspire you to seek out another exciting moment or two.
