In the world of herbs, there is a remedy for every season of life.
Rosemary the everyday magic that turns ordinary meals into extraordinary delights.
And is the faithful companion on your journey to a healthier and happier you.
Do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
For example:
Rosemary can prevent carcinogenic damage
Research shows that adding rosemary extract to the cooking process when frying or grilling meats at high temperatures helps to reduce levels of HCAs.
HCAs are created when cooking at high temperatures.
They have been linked to cancer.
Rosemary contains the powerful antioxidants carnosol and Rosmarinus acid.
These help to destroy HCAs.
Rosemary may also help to stop tumor formation in the body.

Build your bucket list
There are always more adventures to plan, more places to see and more experiences to try out.
Writing your own bucket list will motivate you and keep you inspired.
It is fun to do, there are no wrong answers, and you can include anything you like from big life-changing plans to smaller items you can tick off in an afternoon if you make the time.
On the blog and in the book, we have already thought about the things that make you happy, as well as your values and priorities, so look back at these lists and the questionnaire overleaf for some inspiration.
You can also search online for bucket list templates and other blogs to get you started.
Once you have drawn up your list, pick your first ambition and go for it.
Then rather than lying awake at night worrying about your to-do list, you can dream about your bucket list instead.
