Hello Followers,
Welcome Thursday!

To heal with sound is to align oneself with the frequencies of the universe.
Sound is a form of energy that can transform our emotional and physical states.
And the embrace of it, we find solace and healing.
For many thousands of years, ancient sages, masters, and enlightened communities have known about and understood the importance of sound as a sacred instrument of power and potential, not only for healing but also for spiritual development.
Ancient civilizations revered sound so deeply that they believed it called the universe into creation.
These communities have been working in harmony with and incorporating sound into their rituals, ceremonies, rites of passage, meditations, celebrations, and healing philosophies as far back as the dawn of humanity.
Shamans, priests, priestesses, healers, masters and medicine men and women from the four corners of the earth have worked with sound in sacred ways since ancient times and have created many sound instruments to assist them.
The variety of sound instruments or tools used by ancient civilizations is extensive.
The appearance of sound as a holistic therapy highlights the importance of sound as a healing and transformational tool for the 21st century and beyond.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.
How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.
Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.
Making it mindful-
Mindfulness is about finding a way to anchor yourself in the present so that you can become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings.
You can do almost anything in a mindful way.
You just need to remind yourself to stop and tune in to your senses.
If you are new to the idea, you can start by picking a daily task and doing it mindfully.
You could take a mindful shower, for example, focusing on the sound of the running water and the warmth of it on your skin.
Mindfulness also gives us a chance to observe our thoughts by practicing being.
You could try this by simply sitting still, focusing on the sensations around you and letting your thoughts come and go.
There is no need to try to clear your mind, just note your thoughts and let them pass without judging them in any way.
INHABIT THE MOMENT, AND LET YOUR JUDGEMENT GO.
