And a long weekend.

Be safe!

Today the United States declared its independence from England in 1776, which means that America will celebrate 249 years of freedom this year.

Liberty and independence forever.

Are you ready to continue the natural way of healing through sound!

Well, let us get started.

Healing through sound is a journey of returning to our natural state of harmony.

The melody of life is found in the vibrations of sound healing.

The vibrational forces of sound are released from the movement or vibration of all matter.

These sounds are both loud and faint to the human senses.

Regardless of our capacity to hear or feel sound waves, they manifest as cause and effect, not only to us as human beings but also to the wider world around us.

Sound waves wash over us at every second of every minute, and hour of every day and continue to vibrate endlessly.

The sound vibrations of the sound healing instruments penetrate deep into the tissue.

This improves blood circulation and metabolism, regulates muscle tension, and deeply stimulates tissue.

Moreover, regeneration and repair mechanisms are stimulated.

Sound healing is both activating and relaxing.

So, it also has a refreshing effect.

The variation of molecules, triggered by the sound vibrations, cause alternating compression and relaxation of cells.

It is, in effect, a form of massage at a cellular level deep within the tissue undergoing the treatment.

Reflecting-

MEDITATION

If you do not already include a moment or two for meditation in your day, now is a good time to start. Taking time out to quiet your mind will have a beneficial impact on your emotional well-being and is a great way to combat stress.

Meditation has even been shown to change your neural pathways.

So, you can rewire your brain by taking a few minutes every day to try this relaxing practice.

Do not put off if you have never given it a go before or if the thought of sitting silently is a little intimidating.

You could always try listening to guided meditation.

There are some brilliant apps to help you get started and the more often you practice the more you will benefit.

Guided Meditation for positive energy, relaxation, and creativity.

This guided meditation is designed to help you relax and achieve highly creative states of mind.

This mindfulness meditation will give you full and free access to your subconscious and open you up to high states of flow.

Let your mind and body take in this relaxing guided meditation as you meditate and let a calming sensation flow through you.

You can use this meditation music in the morning when you wake up.

And you can also use this for your evening meditation when you want to relax your body and calm your mind.

We hope that this guided meditation exercise helps you clear your mind, relax and increase your creativity.

BE SAFE!

Until Saturday, in every sound, there is an invitation to heal and restore.
