Hello Followers,
HAPPY HUMP DAY!

Your attitude is like a box of crayons that color your world.
Constantly color your picture gray, and your picture will always be bleak.
Try adding some bright colors to the picture by including humor, and your picture begins to lighten up.
Let us welcome this Wednesday with more colors!
Continuing today, Dan and I will be posting on how shades of colors around us impact our emotions.
We begin with red!
Red is a powerful and dynamic color that commands attention.
It is often linked with:
Energy and excitement
Think of red sports cars or the bold red of Coca-Cola’s logo.
Passion and love
Red roses and Valentine’s hearts evoke romantic emotions.
Danger and urgency
Warning signs and stoplights use red to signal caution.
Red can increase heart rate and adrenaline levels, making it both stimulating and overwhelming when overused.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.

Sorting out your schedule.
If you look at how you currently spend your time, you are sure to find ways you can improve your schedule and fit in more of the activities you love.
So, this is the time to grab a pencil or pen, and paper and take an honest look at what you do with your waking hours.
Start by asking yourself some basic questions:
Is your current schedule working for you? ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
Are there moments that you dread when you feel particularly rushed or stressed?
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
Would you like more time for family or hobbies?

Next, draw out a timetable of your week and fill in all your activities so you can see how your time is spent.
Now try the following –
1. Identify the tasks you really dislike.
How can you improve these?
Can you delegate them, do them more efficiently or drop them altogether?
Be ruthless, your quality of life is important!
2. Pinpoint any wasted moments, such as those spent sitting in traffic or browsing online.
These can really add up.
How can you make the time more useful or joyful?
Could you listen to a meditation, watch an inspirational talk, or plan your next big adventure instead?
3. Look back at your list of things that make you happy.
Can you spot ways you could include more of these activities in your week?
Now re-draw your timetable including any improvements you have made.
Schedule any study activities for times when you are at your brightest and aim to include at least two moments of me time a day.
One for meditation or relaxation, and one to do something that makes you happy.
Try to include a longer session of time to catch up with friends once a week too.
This video teaches the calming technique of color breathing.
Breathing in a calming color or air while breathing out a stressful color.
Until Thursday, in the tapestry of life, we are all connected.
Each of us is a unique thread, woven together to create a beautiful picture.
