Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.

Hello followers,

Happy Hump Day!

Today would be a great time to spend some time in silence to tap into your inner wisdom.

Dan and I enjoy everyday meditation.

For the past couple of weeks, we have been sharing YouTubes that we have been meditating with.

We welcome you to join us.

It is said that wisdom is the result of a combination of experience, bravery, and intelligence.

It helps us in making rational decisions and making fair judgments in life.

Through wisdom, we realize that forgiving others, looking beyond their flaws, and being kind and accepting to all are the highest and truest virtues of all human beings.

Developing wisdom allows us to shape our character more meaningfully.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

IN A FOREST, all forms of life support one another.

The soil provides nutrients for the plants and trees, which provide shade, oxygen, and food for the animals.

Even the animals provide important nutrients and help control overgrowth.

Everything works in a precious equilibrium.

Nature intuitively knows what it needs to thrive, just as your intuition knows what you need.

Spend some time in silence this morning to tap into your inner wisdom.

Everything you need is within, create space for the answers to be revealed.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 20 Minute guided meditation is a highly imaginative process and is great for anyone who enjoys inner visioning.

The guidance you receive in this meditation becomes less and less over time as you begin to take over by trusting and following your own inner visions.

For those who appreciate creative meditations that guide you to access your own inner wisdom, you will likely walk away with new insights.

If you wish to take this deeper, try answering these questions at the end:

1. What did your world look like and how did you feel?

2. What stood out about your world?

3. What symbolism did you notice and what meanings come to mind?

4. What image(s) appeared for you and what messages/meaning did they offer you?

5. What else do you wish to take with you from this experience?

Our bodies are meant to MOVE!

Give yourself a healthy gift by walking one mile!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, it is said that wisdom lies not in seeing things but seeing through things.

P.S. Something, I read that is so important that my grandma tried to tell me many years ago.

We all need to hear this.

Women: You do not have to do everything, you do not have to be a supermom, a super housewife, a super professional, a superwoman...

Because when your body claims you, there will be few who will remember you tried to be all in one!

So, get out of the house, travel, walk, workout, go to the park, go to a gym, eat what provokes you, fix yourself, sleep later, put on clothes you like, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, say no sometimes and do it EXCLUSIVELY for YOU!!

Children grow up and leave, husbands do not always stay, work can easily replace you, the house will get dirty again, but your emotional health is also important, and you may not get a second chance.
