CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB - LEMON BALM AND 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Wow, in two days we all will be turning the corner on the past year.

And this is the last Thursday of this year, let’s make the best of it

The countdown to 2022 is in two days.

The next Saturday will start the new year.

Dan and I are looking forward to the new year.

We have been preparing ourselves this past year of changing our mindset for the coming year.

The saying goes, change your mindset and you change the narrative of your life.

This can be true for you too.

What exactly are mindsets?

How do they affect our thinking and mold us into who we are?

Mindset: a person’s way of thinking and their opinions.

We all have different mindsets, established by different factors; such as the way we are raised, our parents, siblings, friends, environment and influences.

Our mindsets are key to our happiness, our success and the key to the above; our gratitude.

It is crucial that you start doing a mental autopsy on yourself and figuring out the mindsets to keep and nurture and the ones to cut away.

Those to cut away would be greed, victim-mentality, jealousy, anger, hatred, comparison, isolation, pride (the arrogant, selfish kind), always having to be right, always putting yourself first.

Our mindsets are key to our thinking patterns and our behavior.

Everything we do is based on our mindsets; how our thinking is wired and where our mindsets lie is key to how we view the world and us in it.

Since it is the last week of this year, Dan and I will focus on recapping on favorite posts on this blog of 2021 in expressing the healthier tomorrow.

Never doubt that one person can make a difference.

INFORMATION FROM THE CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017, all facets from supplements, products and treatments (RECAP)

Hello our followers,

Dan and I ten years ago started this blog and website with the intent in creating a purpose to educate on other methods to manage autoimmune diseases.

Helping others and making a difference in the world is what will help to make the world a better place by improving people’s lives.

One person at a time, one day at a time, and one project at a time, you can make a difference that will leave a lasting impact on the world.

Like John F. Kennedy once said, “One person can make a difference, and everyone should try.”

As I continue with blogging, Dan and I continue to be blessed and never underestimate the valuable and important difference we make in every life we touch for the impact we make today has a powerful rippling effect on every tomorrow.

I welcome you to share with others this blog, I do believe when you share, it does matter and will make a difference in people’s lives.

We don’t have to save the world in one stroke but we can make a difference one person at a time.

I will continue to start each blog with an inspirational topic, for I believe that positive thinking is one part of the whole body, heart and soul concept of keeping healthy.

Make a difference. Live a life that matters!

As, I close the chapter on the knowledge Dan and I gained in 2017 at the cancer convention; I want all to know that first and foremost educate yourself.

Research more on any topic through not only the internet but even go to the library.

CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL

NATURAL HARMONY

The Two Te Ching, a Chinese classic of the 6th to 4th centuries BC; promotes wu wei or non-doing.

Here are its key principles:

ü Doing nothing contrary to natures flow.

ü Develop easeful awareness, responding to situations as they occur.

ü Identify and step away from the ego’s urges.

We pierce doors and windows to make a house.

And it is in these spaces where there is nothing that the house is useful to us. By Tao Te Ching

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY

TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.

TAKE CONTROL

Anger is a good emotion when it is under control; it is destructive when anger controls you.

It’s a lot like money in your hand.

Hold the money and it’s unusable.

Throw it carelessly away and it is of no value.

Its value is released as you spend it productively.

Likewise, the goal of anger management is to stop fearing anger, use it productively and release it.

It must be acted on to be of value.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of LEMON BALM.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?

Lemon balm is used as Anti-Microbial Properties.

Infection is a huge problem for human beings.

We can experience an infection of our body in various forms, from cuts and wounds that get infections to viruses that cause gastric problems or blood disorders.

Some infections are worse than others, requiring medical treatment, while many respond to home remedies.

We already covered how lemon balm can boost your immune function.

However, we also need to talk about lemon balm and its anti-microbial properties.

Lemon balm shows promising results in fighting off pathogens in the digestive system.

If you’re dealing with food poisoning or gastric distress, lemon balm tea can reduce the inflammation responsible for causing the problem.

Lemon balm’s anti-microbial effects help to fight off bacteria and viruses entering the body.

Research shows the efficacy of lemon balm fighting off the Candida Albicans fungi in the digestive system.

Consuming lemon balm tea every day can help to keep your digestive system healthy and your gut biome in optimal balance.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
