Let us love winter, for it is the spring of genius.

Hello Followers,

Welcome to Thursday and the first official day of winter.

It is finally here the first day of winter.

Winter is the most magical of seasons.

I could not agree more!

Winter brings with it a sense of wonder and joy.

The snowflakes that fall from the sky are like little pieces of magic, transforming the world into a winter wonderland.

The cold weather is perfect for snuggling up with a warm blanket and a cup of hot cocoa or coffee while watching the snow fall outside.

There are also many winter activities that can be enjoyed, such as ice skating, skiing, and building snowmen.

There is a season for everything.

They say timing is everything!

We all want our actions to yield the best results.

 But this is not always the case, despite putting maximum effort into our ventures, things do not always turn out in our favor.

So, in addition to intention, involvement, and intensity in action, it is timing which determines the outcome of our endeavors.

Things happen when they are meant to happen and there is perfect timing for everything in life.

Trust the timing of your life!

So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

When things do not go the way, we want them to, there is a reason.

We learn so that we can grow.

Our souls thrive when we look for the lesson in each situation.

When we choose to complain and resist, we feel pain and can become stuck in its spiral.

Trust that in time the reason will reveal itself.

Stay open and find contentment with where you are right now.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
