Life is sort of a circle. You come back to a lot of the interests that you had early in life.

CONTINUING ON CIRCLING BACK, A COMPLETE CIRCLE OF LIFE. PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello followers,

Wow, this year is ending and before long another beginning will start.

This will start new pages to a journey ahead.

COUNT DOWN; two more days.

Yesterday Dan and I posted the twelve areas in the circle which included spirituality, creativity,

finances, career, education, health, physical activity, home cooking, home environment, relationships, social life, and joy.

So now I challenge you to make the Circle of Life on paper and place dots in each of the twelve areas of the circle.

Remember that dots closer to the center indicate dissatisfaction and dots closer to the outside indicate satisfaction.

Then, connect the dots and identify areas you are not as satisfied in.

After completing the Circle of Life, you may feel even more discouraged than before and that your life is chaos.

This is a natural reaction, but PLEASE do not let that feeling consume you and stop you from moving forward.

It is extremely hard to have a perfect circle (balance in your life).

The key is to make steps and actions to seek more balance in all areas of your life, in particular those areas that are closer to the inside of the circle.

To do this, make goals.

Write down (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Timely) to achieve more balance and satisfaction in that area.

Then check your progress.

After a month, do the Circle of Life again and see if that area is still ranking closer to dissatisfied than satisfied.

If you are more satisfied in that area, great!

Keep working at it, BUT also move on and work on another area that is closer to the center of the circle.

Always keep working at It.

REPEAT!

Keep doing this every month to check in to see how balanced and satisfied you are in all the various areas of your life.

You will be surprised!

Keep checking.

DECEMBER 29th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about December that is so significant during this month?

Tick Tock Day – December 29, 2022

This day serves as a reminder that the year is ending, so get around to finishing pending tasks on your to-do list!

With the holiday season beginning in November, it is only natural that life becomes super busy, and a lot of work gets pushed aside for later.

Maybe you have wanted to clean up your home, or you must figure out your plans for New Year’s Day.

Whatever the task, Tick Tock Day is a reminder that there are only two more days left of the year and you’d better get around to finishing the tasks you need to.

Thomas Roy an American film, television, and voiceover actor was the creator of Tick Tock Day together with his wife Ruth Roy.

The couple also produced over eighty special days which are in the “Chase’s Calendar of Events.”

One of those is Tick Tock Day.

The day reminds people to get down to work on all the things they meant to accomplish before the year ends.

At the beginning of every year, people make resolutions for the New Year, taking the opportunity to look at what they want to change about themselves and their lives.

Throughout the year they put in the work, but things slide when things get busier.

And nothing is busier than the holidays.

From November, holidays are back-to-back, from Thanksgiving to Christmas, keeping people busy with planning and preparation from the beginning of November till Boxing Day.

Tick Tock Day lets you relook at pending tasks.

Try to see how many of those things need crossing off the list.

While Tick Tock Day is an opportunity to tie up any loose ends, it is also time to look at what tasks go into the new year and what should be crossed off from the list entirely.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes, one quote and share with you.

Today is:

YOUR TIME IS NOW, LIVE IN THE MOMENT.

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; TOUCH

TOUCH THE ESSENCE OF CARE-

SWITCHING ON THE SENSE

Today, BABY, AND INFANT MASSAGE

This is dedicated to all the newly mothers.

In many cultures, it is a natural thing to massage babies.

In Tahiti, a special oil called monoi, made of gardenia flowers infused in coconut oil.

This is applied daily to baby skin as a nourishing moisturizer.

Massage encourages good health, good emotional balance, and good skin tone, and keeps digestion regular.

As well as building a very important tactile bond between parent and child

Babies respond very well to touch, and ten minutes is a very suitable massage routine for them.

Continue tomorrow-

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

LIFE IS SORT OF A CIRCLE

Life is sort of a circle. You come back to a lot of the interests that you had early in life. #lifeisacircle#lifeissort#ofacircle#circle#youcomeback#alot#theinterest#early#earlyinlife

Until Friday, those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure if life lasts. There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature, the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter.
