Hello Followers,


It is Sunday and Spring is in the air!




It is time to turn our clocks ahead for some of us.



As we start getting ready for Monday, it is time to reduce your information consumption.


Dan and I are going to try.


How about you?



It might be something to cancel a subscription for a magazine that you barely have time to read.


You can unsubscribe from catalogues, junk mail and emails.


A cluttered mind is a stressed mind.



Free up your mind and make space for the whispers of your heart and soul.


The other week I heard this saying again, you are what you eat.


It has been one of Dan’s and my viewpoint since 2011.



However, most of us see that phrase as food related.


This year I have dedicated the blog to words and how it affects us.


Truly, think of this saying also as how you feed your mind with negative thoughts.



Make space for the whisper of your heart and soul for positive thoughts and run out the negative vibes.


Bloom and feed your mind with positive words.



THE WORD OF THE DAY- BLOOM


Flowers bloom in nature, but people can also bloom into an expanded and newer version of themselves.


To blossom like a flower means to thrive in life.



The idea is that you can grow and progress in your life just like a flower grows and blossoms.


No matter what kind of day you are having, there is something quite heartwarming found in a bunch of blossoming flowers.


 It is like a bundle of joy and positivity that instantly lifts your spirits.



Whether it is a bouquet of roses or a field of tulips, the sight of these beautiful blooms can bring a smile to your face and brighten up even the gloomiest of days.


They have a magical way of reminding us of the beauty and wonder in the world.


So next time you are feeling down, treat yourself to a bunch of blossoming flowers.

THE CYCLE CONTINUES
