Well, the weekend is upon us!



It is Friday.


Today as you get ready to start your day take a power shower.


Transform your morning shower or bath by bringing your full attention to the experience.



Feel the warm water against your skin and listen to the sound it makes.


Savor the scent of the soap and shampoo and be aware of the variety of texture beneath your hands.


Imagine that you are washing yourself clean of any negativity.



Then as you get dressed, slow the process down and observe whether your movements are comfortable and flowing, or hasty and rushed.


Notice the texture and fabrics of your clothes and how they feel on your skin.


Value the fact that you can make the decision over what you wear today.


Be gentle.

Be gentle with people today.


You do not know someone has struggles inside.


Instead of being the last straw, you can be their first sign, hope.
