Hello Followers,

What Tuesday!

It is time to be flexible.

Join Dan and I in doing a body sweep.

Research shows that our emotions manifest in our body.

For example, negative emotions often cause people to tense the muscles in their jaw and around their eyes and mouth.

With repeated stress, these muscles can become sore and tight.

One of the keyways to balance your mind-connection is to stop and give yourself a body sweep.

Ready to start!

Sit quietly and systematically scan your body, starting at the top of your head and moving down over your face, the back of your head, your shoulders, arms, hands, torso, hips, legs, and feet.

As you do this, notice the sensations you feel.

Are there any areas of tension, pressure, or discomfort?

If so, breathe into these areas and allow them to soften and relax.

Practicing this body sweep on a regular basis can help you become more alert to the messages of your body.

The tension you discover might be a gut feeling about a choice you are making, or a headache may indicate that you need to pay attention to a health issue.

By exploring the link between your body and mind, you will start to notice which parts of the body are stimulated or shut down when you experience a particular emotion.

Softening these areas can help release the tension or emotion stored there.

We hope this body sweep releases the tension and keeps you relaxed.

Explore and be flexible!

THE WORD OF THE DAY-FLEXIBLE

With a flexible attitude, one can be more adaptable to the changing situations of life.

It makes us more adjustable and easygoing.

Flexibility is the capacity to adjust to short-term change quickly and calmly so that you can deal with unexpected problems or tasks effectively.

If we are rigid in our behavior, we will find it difficult to cope with real-life situations.

Flexibility is the key to stability.

Life is movement.

The more life there is, the more flexibility there is.

The more fluid you are, the more you are alive.

SHIFT WITH THE CLOUDS

The sky is constantly moving and changing with the ebb of darkness and the coming or fading light.

The blue is constantly shifting hue dependent on the mood of the world and its timing.

No matter what the mood, the clouds drift across the sky, not separate, but interlinked and responsive.

They are sometimes full of bluster, or soft as down.

They contain the wrath of storm and the gentle rain.

Let yourself be as flexible and as ever shifting as the clouds, with permission to change with the weather.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

This video is a guided meditation for flexibility and letting go.

During this guided meditation, you will let go of control while being reminded of your flexibility and strength.

This meditation encourages flexibility while reminding you of your resilience and ability to adapt to changing life circumstances.

This guided meditation will also help you relax and increase self-compassion.

This meditation for flexibility uses elements of compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Wednesday, leadership grows like tall trees. It needs both toughness and flexibility, toughness for accountability, flexibility to adapt changes with a compassionate and caring heart for self and others.

Before I end, join Dan and I in wishing my sister Kalisa a happy birthday.

Love you -
