Hello Followers,

Are you going to do anything different this Friday?




Today would be a good time to start mindful movement.


Going back to my famous saying, health is wealth.


Mindful exercise is about performing physical activity while focusing inward.



This allows you to get more in touch with your body.


The idea is to let go of distractions and unrelated thoughts, and focus your attention on your breath, movements, and sensations.


If you do this while working out, you will enhance your enjoyment, decrease your chances of injury, and even improve the efficacy of the exercise you are doing.



Most importantly, it will help you develop a healthy and loving relationship with your body.


Remember you are aiming for quality, not quantity.



Try turning off your TV or computer and phone, bring your attention to your breath and your movements while you are walking, swimming, cycling, or jumping.



THE WORD OF THE DAY- DIFFERENT


When you allow yourself to be different, you give yourself permission to explore new things and get out of your comfort zone.


You turn your dreams into reality, and you let yourself discover endless possibilities.



When this happens, you start to develop more self-confidence and self-esteem.


You become more aware of how your uniqueness can contribute to the world and the environment you are living in.


Moreover, you develop a sense of belongingness and start building stronger and healthier relationships.


Being different can be advantageous if you learn to embrace it, not to mention the fact that it will spice up your life.



It highlights your originality and authenticity, and makes you stand out in a world full of conformity.

 CHANGE HAPPENS


The world is not a stable place.

This is not dire, but a joy.


The instability is the space we need to change and improve, to learn and become better.


There is no improvement without change, and no change without a little wobble to the world.
