Hello Followers,

Rise and shine, a brand-new week!

Say hello to Monday.

The earth has its music for those who will listen.

Dan and I meditate daily, one reason is because meditation music affects the brain.

Meditation music affects the brain by influencing various neural pathways and promoting a state of calmness.

Listening to calming music can help reduce the activity of the amygdala, the brain’s fear center, thus reducing stress and anxiety.

This effect is complemented by the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate and encourages a state of relaxation.

Research has shown that music and meditation can lower cortisol levels, the hormone responsible for stress.

The combination of these practices helps in enhancing mental health, improving focus, and assisting a peaceful state of mind.

We welcome you to join us daily and follow the meditation posted below.

Words make you think.

Music makes you feel.

A song makes you feel a thought.

Benefits of Holding Legs Up on the Wall –

Legs up on the wall is a simple yet incredibly restorative yoga pose that provides numerous health benefits.

Just five minutes a day can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve blood circulation, and alleviate tension in the legs and lower back.

It is a perfect pose to incorporate into your nightly routine to promote relaxation and ease the symptoms of swelling and fatigue.

Not only does this pose relax the body, but it also aids in detoxification by encouraging lymphatic drainage.

If you have had a long day on your feet, this is an excellent way to reset your body and reduce inflammation.

Embrace this simple practice to enhance your wellness and support your body’s natural healing process. 🧘‍♀️

Get focused and clear headed before an important event or daunting task with this short meditation with affirmations.

Until Tuesday, music is the shorthand of emotion.
