Hello Followers,

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY for the USA!

NEW SERIES - SUNLIGHT
NEW SERIES - SUNLIGHT

And welcome to a new week, the last week of May.

Plus, the start of a new series, do you know how important it is to get a little sunshine?

And the health benefits!

A hero is someone who understands the responsibility that comes with his freedom. —Bob Dylan

Memorial Day is a time to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Today, spend some time with someone that has served to protect us from harm and take a moment of silence for the ones that passed to give you freedom.

As we continue this week, Dan and I have just realized that this year is halfway over.

How time flies!

The first half of this year, we have been sharing natural healing; regret, self-forgiveness, happiness, moderation, balance, nature, hugging a tree, music, meditation music.

So, let us start on the topic of SUN LIGHT!

It is a great feeling to watch the sunshine break through the clouds on a sunny day.

Let the sunshine down on you and fill your day with light.

Did you know that your body creates a hormone called melatonin that is critical to helping you sleep?

Because your body starts producing it when it is dark, you usually start to feel sleepy for two hours after the sun sets, which is one of the reasons our bodies naturally stay up later in the summer.

Research indicates that an hour of natural light in the morning will help you sleep better.

Sunshine regulates your circadian rhythm by telling your body when to increase and decrease your melatonin levels.

So, the more daylight exposure you can get, the better your body will produce melatonin when it is time to go to sleep.

Go out today and get some sun for a better night’s sleep tonight!

The combination of creamy avocado and crisp cucumber is enhanced by the tangy lime dressing and the aromatic cilantro.

Inviting in the Light:

A morning guided meditation is designed to help the listener start their day off on the right foot by inviting positivity and light into their mind and body.

It is a great way to prepare for the day ahead and to set a positive tone for the rest of your day.

The audio features soothing music and a calming voice that guides you through the meditation, making it easy to relax and letting go of any stress or negativity.

Whether you are a beginner to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this audio is perfect for helping you start your day off on the right note.

Until Tuesday, sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is over; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.
