Hello Followers,
Happy Weekend!

Clouds only block the sunshine temporarily.
The sun always returns.
Dan and I will continue adventuring out and explain what you can do to let the sunshine in if you are unable to get out in the sunlight?
The pros say ditch the drapes!
Curtains may be lovely to look at, but their elegance pales compared to the health benefits of going natural.
Removing heavy curtains is an easy step to allowing more sun in your space.
Plus, letting the sun be your alarm can help get your circadian rhythm back on track and reboot your sleep-wake cycle.
But if you are concerned about how the sun may be affecting your skin while you snooze, opt for keeping blinds raised throughout the day before pulling them shut at night.
Will continue tomorrow-
The sun is always there, even when it is hidden by clouds.

Starting tomorrow, Dan and I will share a new book, Life’s A Journey, not a Destination.
How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.
Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.
PUMPKIN SEEDS
Did you know that pumpkin seeds can be a powerful weapon against intestinal parasites?
A renowned medical expert has highlighted a traditional remedy using pumpkin seeds steeped in water as an effective way to combat these annoying creatures.
And the best part?
This simple yet potent natural treatment can provide relief from parasitic infections in just three days.
Let us take a closer look at how pumpkin seeds work against parasites and the method for preparing this remedy.
Pumpkin seeds contain a unique amino acid called cucurbitacin, which is toxic to parasite eggs and worms.
This compound paralyzes the parasites, making it difficult for them to hold on to the intestine walls during bowel movements.
Ultimately, this leads to their natural expulsion from the body.
Apart from their antiparasitic properties, pumpkin seeds are also packed with essential nutrients that can help maintain a strong immune system.
They are a good source of zinc, magnesium, and fatty acids.
Additionally, these seeds offer anti-inflammatory benefits, which can help soothe the gut and repair any damage caused by parasites.

One cup of raw, shelled pumpkin seeds
Three cups of water

Grind the Seeds: Use a blender or coffee grinder to grind the raw pumpkin seeds into a fine powder.
This helps to release the cucurbitacin and makes the seeds easier to digest.
Mix with Water: Combine the ground pumpkin seeds with water in a pot.
Stir thoroughly to ensure the mixture is well combined.
Simmer: Bring the mixture to a simmer on medium heat and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and to ensure even cooking.
Cool and Strain: Allow the mixture to cool down to a comfortable drinking temperature.
Strain it to remove any large particles, although consuming the ground seeds can increase effectiveness.
Dosage: Drink this mixture on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for three consecutive days.
Remember, it is crucial not to eat anything for at least an hour after consuming the mixture to allow the cucurbitacin to act against the parasites.
While using pumpkin seeds in water is generally safe and natural, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Allergies and Sensitivities: Make sure you are not allergic to pumpkin seeds. Start with a small dose to test for any adverse reactions.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding,
It is always a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new treatments.
Severe Infections: If you have a more severe or systemic parasitic infection, it is important to seek medical intervention and prescription medication.
Using pumpkin seeds in water is a safe and natural approach to treating intestinal parasites, supported by both traditional use and scientific evidence.
However, it is always wise to seek professional medical advice in case of health concerns or persistent symptoms.
Stay healthy naturally!
