Nature is the best medicine for serenity. Peace, calmness, stillness. It is good for the heart.
As we start this chaotic and unpredictable day, Dan and I wish you peace.
We all need calmness to reboot our body and soul, so we can make a little time for ourselves and cleanse our mind and find more routes to inner harmony.
The only way to find true serendipity is to keep your eyes and mind open to the possibilities around you!
And trust that the universe has your back.
So, today keep your eyes and mind open to all possibilities.
Worry is like a rocking chair💺it gives you something to do but gets you nowhere.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
YOU KNOW THAT MOMENT when you realize that everything has lined up perfectly, perhaps serendipitously?
It is remarkable and you should celebrate these moments.
Serendipity feels like a big hug from the universe.
It results in exclamations like I cannot believe this happened!
And it was perfect timing!
When life presents itself this way, celebrate with gratitude and reverence.
Things line up when they are supposed to.
Timing is everything and when it is least expected, it is the most exciting.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
Until Wednesday, peace can become a lens through which you see the world. Be it. Live it. Radiate it out. Peace is an inside job. Let’s also on this day June 6 have remembrance of what happened on this date in history. A major sacrifice in which our world was saved and brought the world its peace, D Day 1944.
