Nobody is too busy; it is just a matter of priorities.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

In this fast-paced world, where everyone is multi-tasking, being busy has become a way of life.

Sometimes it is a busy day at work, school, or life where time seems to slip out of your hands just like sand.

Though being busy should be respected, just being busy doing nothing meaningful will not justify your time management.

Setting the priorities right and managing time effectively for work and life balance will make you happy, content and satisfied.

In this daily busyness of life, we often ignore the important relationship and things which need our time and attention.

Spending time with your family and friends is very important to develop a better understanding and build a greater bond.

When you feel ignored by a loved one then the feeling is very saddening.

It feels as if the other person is too busy to make time for you.

And the fact is when someone is important to you, you will make time for them irrespective of your busy work schedules.

It is all about priorities and not excuses.

So, this weekend let us reset and take the time with family and friends.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

LIFE CAN FEEL HECTIC!

Our lists continue to grow.

We take on more than we can handle, and then stress and fatigue set in.

When you feel overwhelmed and pulled in several directions, take the time to be here now.

Reset your busy mind.

To provide your soul a moment of solace, relinquish the need to be busy and just be still.

Take deep breaths and remember that nothing is more important than the breaths you take.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, do not get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.
