MANAGE ANGER

When someone lets anger take them over, the ensuring firestorm may suck in other people.

Try to detach yourself and not get angry yourself, however; unreasonable their behavior.

Think of yourself as a fire fighter behind a protective helmet your priority is not to catch fire yourself.

If you’re prompted to speak, do so in moderate tones and be specific.

General statements such as, I hear what you’re saying; will not be soothing.

Try to make a helpful, concrete suggestion.

If you’re the angry one, the sooner you notice this the better.

Pull back and see the situation as if through a window.

Count to 10 while breathing deeply

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

SAYING I CARE ABOUT YOU AND I’M SORRY KEEP DIFFERENCES FROM BECOMING IRRECONCILABLE.

LONG-TERM CONTROL

Following a confrontation, remember not an argument; you may feel that you finally have the upper hand.

It feels good to have expressed yourself without anger.

You are exhilarated that you gained the courage to set limits and boundaries.

But you may also feel severely off balance and anxious about what is going to happen next.

Do nothing!

Wait it out.

Ultimately both the high and low will dissipate and you’ll enjoy a steadily increasing sense of well-being, and confidence with your newly gained freedom.

Continue tomorrow, LONG-TERM CONTROL-

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

By the time cacao makes it to our grocery store shelves in the form of chocolate, it’s hard to imagine that the main ingredients come from a plant.

Yet for thousands of years, humans have cultivated the cacao tree, continually fine-tuning the process of turning the interior beans into the many decadent and smooth chocolate creations of today.

Most people consume chocolate because it tastes good, but high-quality cacao products have powerful positive effects on cardiovascular function, athletic endurance and cognitive function.

It basically makes your heart healthier and your brain smarter.

It’s no wonder the botanical genus name translates to -FOOD OF THE GODS.
