Hello Followers,
Welcome to Thursday!

Starting a daily practice of gratitude can help you recognize the positive in your life instead of focusing on the negative.
And being thankful and grateful for all the good things you have can make you happier.
Thankfulness is the beginning of gratitude.
Gratitude is the completion of thankfulness.
Thankfulness may consist merely of words.
Gratitude is shown in acts.
It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of lavender and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.
Let your worries drift away, one lavender breeze at a time. 💜✨
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
Nearly forty plants within the mint family are technically classified as lavender, with the common form being Lavandula angustifolia.
This genus is found in Europe, Africa, the Mediterranean, and parts of Asia.
The reason that it is so widely used is its massive range of applications, from food and fragrance to cosmetics and herbal medicines; this plant is full of essential oils that can have powerful effects on the human body and has the most unique and beloved scents in the world.
It also has one of the most unique and beloved scents in the world.
One of the challenges with lavender is its ability to grow and spread quickly, which is why it is considered a weed in certain parts of the world.
As a culinary element, it is used in salad dressings, honey, sauces, beverages, various teas, and as a flavoring spice for several cultural dishes.
Lavender essential oil is highly sought after and widely available.
KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT
DID YOU KNOW!
Sleep deeper, wake less, go natural.
Struggling with restless nights?
One small green fruit might be the answer.
Studies show that eating just one kiwi before bed for four weeks can reduce nighttime awakenings by 27 percent and add up to an hour of extra sleep.
Kiwi is rich in serotonin, the feel-good neurotransmitter that plays a major role in regulating sleep cycles.
It also contains antioxidants, folate, and natural enzymes that improve digestion, calm the nervous system, and support melatonin production, the hormone that helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.
Unlike sleeping pills that knock you out but come with side effects, kiwi works with your body’s rhythm, improving both sleep quality and duration over time.
Participants in the study not only slept longer but also woke up feeling more refreshed and alert.
No tricks, no tech, just nature’s delicious bedtime snack.
Dan and I welcome you to join us with the next book for our book club.
LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington
VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE
Flatfish are bony fish with a flattened body which, when they are just little fry swimming among the plankton, look much like other fish do with an eye on each side of the head.
As the fish grows bigger, it goes through a twisting phase, so that both of its eyes sit on the one upper side of its body.
The face of a flounder, place on sole looks quite comical up close, with an uncomfortable expression given by the twisted mouth, if you can find them, as they are so good at camouflaging and hiding in sand.
They are not at all closely related to skates and rays, but all have evolved with flattened body shapes that make them great seabed hunters.
Feeling drained or overwhelmed?
This gentle guided meditation will help you reconnect with your inner light and reset your energy.
You will be guided to visualize a healing light entering and flowing through your body, melting away tension, and restoring balance.
Until Friday, breathe in the lavender, breathe out the stress. 🌾✨
