Quality is more important than quantity.

It is the cornerstone upon which the beliefs of a fulfilling and meaningful life are built.



Throughout the years I have been writing about quality and how it can enhance our understanding of what it means and how to seek it.



Through the lens of wisdom from knowledge, we can unravel the secrets to enhancing the quality of our existence.

When you visualize for the joy of visualizing rather than with the intention of correcting some deficiency, your thoughts are purer and therefore more powerful.



Visualization is daydreaming with a purpose.


When you visualize, then you materialize.


Getting clear on your vision by creating vivid mental images with color sets the stage for aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with what you want to manifest, giving you the best chance of making it a reality.



The guidance is clear.


To engage all your senses to make the visualization as detailed and realistic as possible.


Feeling the emotions associated with what you are visualizing helps to raise your vibration and sends a clear signal to the universe about what you want to attract.



Today we are doing another color breathing guided meditation!


I have chosen yellow for this 10-minute color breathing meditation because my favorite flowers are sunflowers and my favorite color is yes, YELLOW.


Color breathing techniques are types of relaxation and breathing exercises that can be used to manage stress, reduce blood pressure, clear the mind, and influence our mental and emotional wellbeing.



Often associated with flowers, stars, and sunshine, yellow is the color of joy, friendliness, and light.


However, it is also believed to influence the left side, or logic side of our brain, stimulating mental agility and perception and inspiring original thought and inquisitiveness.
