Hello Followers,
HAPPY HUMP DAY!

Gratitude is more than just a simple thank you; it is a transformative approach to life.
Maintaining a sense of thankfulness can shift our focus from what we lack to the abundance that already exists in our lives, which creates a ripple effect of positivity.
Embracing gratitude can lead to greater happiness, better health, and stronger relationships.
It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of sage and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.
I tried to season my day with sage humor, and it worked!
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
Sage contributes to cardiovascular protection through its effects on lipid metabolism.
In a 2022 study in Complementary Therapies in Medicine, daily sage supplementation reduced total cholesterol by 16% and LDL cholesterol by 20% after eight weeks, while raising HDL (good) cholesterol levels.
Its magnesium supports heart rhythm, and vitamin K contributes to vascular flexibility.
Sage’s anti-inflammatory compounds also help prevent arterial damage from oxidative stress.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT
DID YOU KNOW!
Emerging research suggests that love, emotional connection, and social bonding have profound effects on both mental and physical health.
Being in supportive relationships or experiencing deep affection can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and even strengthen the immune system.
Studies show that physical expressions of love, such as hugging, holding hands, or gentle touch, release oxytocin, often called the love hormone.
This chemical promotes feelings of safety, reduces anxiety, and can alleviate pain.
Emotional support from loved ones also contributes to better recovery rates from illness, improved heart health, and enhanced overall well-being.
Beyond physical effects, love plays a vital role in mental health.
Feeling connected and valued can help combat depression, loneliness, and anxiety, fostering resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
Researchers emphasize that cultivating loving relationships is not just emotionally fulfilling but may serve as a natural, holistic approach to improving health.
Whether through romantic bonds, family ties, or close friendships, love demonstrates measurable, life-enhancing benefits, reminding us that human connection may be one of the simplest and most effective remedies available.
Dan and I welcome you to join us with the next book for our book club.
LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington
ONE INDIVIDUAL’S WASTE IS ANOTHER’S TREASURE
Very little goes to waste in the ocean, but some debris falls from sunlit surface waters into deeper water.
This falling material, composed of decaying animals, fish scales, and excreted waste products is known as marine snow, dropping slowly but steadily on its way to the sea floor.
Much is picked off by scavenging creatures like shrimps, snails, and many more.
If this snow gets to the seabed, nutrients will be locked in sediments until strong currents move them on, taking them to other parts of the ocean they may return to the surface in upwellings on the coast.
The ocean is one continuous recycling system.
Feeling overwhelmed or mentally scattered?
This 10-minute guided meditation is designed to help you pause the mental noise, reconnect with your breath, and return to a place of calm clarity.
Perfect for a mindful break during your day or before sleep.

Until Thursday, life is too short to be salty, go for a little sage instead.
