Basil-ically, basil is always a fresh idea.
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

Holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum or Ocimum sanctum) is referenced often in Ayurvedic medicine as an adaptogen herb that can help treat many conditions, especially those related to stress.
This herb is available in leaf, powder, supplement, and essential oil form.
Used for thousands of years, there have been very few holy basils side effects reported, yet it is known to support overall homeostasis and balance.
