Once you choose hope, anything is possible.

Hello Followers,

Happy Thursday!

Say goodbye to August and tomorrow starts a new month.

New beginnings.

Learning is a gift, even when pain is your teacher.

Scars are the marks that remain after a wound has healed.

They are a physical reminder of a past injury and can serve as a symbol of resilience and strength.

However, scars can also be emotional or psychological.

They are the invisible marks that remain after we have experienced pain, and they can have a lasting impact on our lives.

Emotional scars can be just as difficult to heal as physical scars, and they can affect our mental health and well-being for years to come.

Remember, you can move past what you think your life is supposed to look like, and into the life that is waiting for you.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

August 31st

LEARN FROM THE WOUND, teach from the scar.

When you are going through a hard time, it can be enticing to broadcast it for sympathy or commiseration.

But if you take the time to find the lesson from the wound, a transformation can happen.

Bless the wound and find healing in the lesson.

You can help others by teaching from the place where the restoration occurred.

It becomes an important part of your personal geography.

Your wounds offer a chance for deep healing and can eventually serve as a glimmer of hope to others.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Pain is not typically a desirable sensation, especially when it becomes chronic.

Resistance and upset can make the experience worse.

Pain is a message from your body and if you ignore that message, it will continue to get louder and stronger.

By simply focusing on, observing, and accepting the sensations as they are, this practice can be transforming and releasing.

This meditation will help you focus your mind and energy on your experience with acceptance to provide physical and mental relaxation and pain relief.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Friday, the sun never quit shining. Sometimes, clouds just get in the way.
