Are you ready to make some milestones?


A milestone is a significant event that takes place in life.

It may be a small thing you were meaning to achieve or something very big, but it will make a good difference and make even ordinary people rise.


It is the start of a new chapter in this long highway that is life.


There are many obstacles that will hinder you on the way, but during those times, small milestones will bring great meaning.

When you work hard every day and hit a milestone, that will be super rewarding too.


We may be scared to go ahead, but we must be brave, like Lao Tzu said, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."


We must keep going, and the milestones on the way will be like checking things off from a to-do list.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Celebrate the small successes you achieve along the way.

When confusion and fear surfaces, remind yourself how far you have come.


Keep looking toward your objectives and make moves every day to achieve your dreams.


Be flexible and adapt to change.


Your life is supposed to be an incredible journey.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.


It is easy to get hung up on how much farther we wish to go in life, but in this loving and peaceful 10- minute guided meditation, you will instead take stock in just how far you have come.


Get ready to feel deep appreciation towards yourself and your inherent worth.
