Remember you are enough.

Hello Followers,


When was the last time someone said to you - You are amazing?

Or when was the last time you told someone; you care about how incredible they are?


Deep down, you know it is true for yourself and your loved ones.


But it is still nice to hear from someone else.

Take time to appreciate the people who made your life a bliss.


REMEMBER - You are amazing, strong, brave, and wonderful.


Never forget that.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.


These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

IF YOU WERE TO BE TRULY honest with yourself, how would you answer the question – Am I becoming the person I want to become?


If the answer is anything but yes, dig deeper and ask yourself – Who do I want to become?


Every day we can create the reality we desire.


It does not always mean big sweeping changes, but it could mean choosing a different path, meal, activity, or thought.


Whatever it is you really want, do something today to bring yourself closer to it.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This meditation guides you to understand that you are a divine creation, intrinsically connected to universal energy.


It encourages you to acknowledge your limitless potential, tapping into your inner wisdom and strength.

As you align with your higher self during this practice, you can shed the layers of ego and self-doubt, awakening to the profound truth that you are a unique and sacred expression of the universe.

This spiritual journey can lead to a deeper connection with your inner divinity and a more authentic and purposeful life.
