Hello Followers,

Welcome to Thursday!

The sea is one of the most beautiful and magnificent sights in nature.

Whenever one gets anxious, uneasy, and bad thoughts come, go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses you with its noise, and imposes a rhythm upon everything in you that is bewildered and confused.

It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of thyme and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.

Thyme flies when you are having fun!

So, let us make every second thyme-pressive!

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

Thyme is not just potentially effective against bacteria.

It may pack some punch when it comes to fungus too.

A 2021 study found very low doses of thyme essential oil to be fungicidal against Candida albicans, a common cause of yeast infections, even when the fungus was resistant to the prescription medication fluconazole.

Still, human research is needed to know whether ingesting thyme oil can treat Candida.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

DID YOU KNOW!

Love and affection are not just emotional experiences.

They create measurable biological changes.

Scientific research shows that cuddling, bonding, or simply feeling genuinely loved can directly influence gene expression, a process known as epigenetics.

This means certain genes can be turned on or off depending on your emotional environment.

When you experience closeness and affection, your body releases oxytocin and endorphins while reducing stress hormones like cortisol.

This chemical shift activates repair genes that support immunity, tissue healing, and longevity.

At the same time, it silences or downregulates genes linked to chronic inflammation, heart disease, diabetes, and other long-term health risks.

The impact of love and connection goes even deeper.

Regular positive social interactions can strengthen your immune system, lower blood pressure, improve brain health, and slow the cellular aging process.

Feeling emotionally secure creates a biological ripple effect that keeps your body healthier and more resilient.

This shows that love is more than a feeling, it is a powerful medicine your body is designed to respond to.

Sharing affection, building strong bonds, and allowing yourself to be cared for may literally rewrite your body’s internal instructions toward healing and protection.

LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington

SMALL IS IMPORTANT

The mightiest living creature, for its importance to the fabric of life in and around the ocean, is the very smallest.

Tiny plant plankton abound in large numbers near the sea’s surface, turning sunlight and carbon dioxide into energy, and releasing oxygen.

They provide over half of the oxygen we breathe.

Unlike plants with roots, phytoplankton move freely around, and many have the most stunning shapes and forms to help them float and drift.

In large numbers, they color the sea in reds or greens and some, like the sea sparkle, give off light themselves, making a beautiful glowing spectacle through spring and summer nights.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Until Friday, we are just here to have a thyme of our lives.
