Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

ree

And last one of September.

With every drop of water you drink, every breath you take, you are connected to the sea.

No matter where on Earth you live.

The sound and smell of the sea cleanses are souls.

It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of ginger and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.

When used in meditation, ginger can help us and clear our minds.

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

Ginger is known to boost bone health and relieve joint pain associated with arthritis.

It may contain gingerol, which has powerful anti-inflammatory properties.

It can improve movement in osteoarthritis, knee inflammation, and rheumatoid arthritis, as cited in a study published in Arthritis & Rheumatism journal.

Along with that, it also suppresses the inflammatory compounds like cytokines and chemokines at the source before they begin to affect the body.

If you are considering using ginger to treat osteoarthritis, it is important to talk to your doctor first.

Ginger can interact with certain medications, and it is not suitable for everyone.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

DID YOU KNOW!

A groundbreaking study from Stanford has revealed something remarkable about the human mind: your brain is not just passively observing your life, it actively constructs it in real time.

Every thought you think, every belief you hold has the power to shape your body and your experiences.

This means that what you focus on, consciously or unconsciously, can influence your physiology, behavior, and even your long-term health.

Neuroscience now shows that the brain is incredibly plastic.

Neural pathways are constantly forming and reorganizing based on our repeated thoughts and experiences.

When you reinforce a belief, whether positive or negative, you strengthen the networks in your brain that support it.

Over time, this process can change your emotional patterns, stress responses, and even your physical reactions.

In essence, your mind can rewire your body simply through repeated beliefs and thoughts.

This does not mean the mind alone solves every challenge, but it highlights the profound influence of perspective and mindset on our daily lives.

Practices like mindfulness, positive affirmations, visualization, and cognitive reframing work because they actively harness this neuroplasticity.

By consciously shaping the patterns of your thoughts, you can encourage healthier responses, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Think of your brain as an architect.

Every thought you entertain is like a blueprint, every repeated belief adds a brick.

Over time, these bricks build the reality you experience

Recognizing this gives you the power to consciously choose thoughts that support growth, resilience, and wellbeing.

Understanding that your mind and body are so deeply interconnected is a reminder that mental habits matter.

What you focus on today can literally shape your life tomorrow.

Dan and I welcome you to join us with the next book for our book club.

LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington

LOVE YOUR NOISY NEIGHBORS

Snapping shrimps have an ingenious mechanism in one of their two claws.

The giant claw, which can be half of the body length of the shrimp, makes an explosive bang, intense enough to stun their prey if it is close by.

Together, the shrimps make a raucous symphony that can be heard for tens of yards around.

Where these noisy shrimps are present, the reef is usually healthy, and it has been discovered that young fish choose to move into reefs that have lots of shrimp sounds going on.

It just shows that a healthy home is a noisy one.

One conscious breath in and out is meditation.

Until Sunday, when used in meditation, ginger can help us and clear our minds.
