So many wants to be lifted by song and dancing, and this morning it is easy to understand.
CONTINUING SERIES ON BELIEVING AND SERIES OF HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO KEEP OUR BODY CELLS HAPPY
Hello Followers,
I love waking up to birds chirping outside the bedroom window. Some how this brings me smiles and positive vibes. To me this normally means that it is morning, and the birds are celebrating this and communicating with each other by singing.
I bet you don’t know what they call bird chirping early in the morning? All the chirping, peeping and tweeting you hear in the early morning is called the “dawn chorus.” It’s when birds are singing louder and prouder than at any other time of day, and there are a few ideas about why that happens.
WHEN WE LIVED IN MEXICO; OUR MORNING FRIEND.
Scientists used to think that the noise from bird songs could travel farther in the morning since the air is cooler and dryer, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. It looks like it’s all about showing off those singing muscles!
Most of the birds in my back window are probably pretty small, but they love to make a big racket.
That’s because birds want to defend their territory from any threats, including other birds who might start competing for the same resources like food or places to nest. It’s important for birds to make a strong impression first thing in the morning to remind everyone that it’s a new day and they’re just as powerful as when they went to bed. The louder they sing, the stronger they sound, so no other birds get any funny ideas about moving into their neighborhood. So, when you wake up tomorrow from a bird chirping, remember why its singing to you!
Birds... scream at the top of their lungs in horrified hellish rage every morning at daybreak to warn us all of the truth. They know the truth. Screaming bloody murder all over the world in our ears, but sadly we don't speak bird. — Kurt Cobain
DON’T LET ANYTHING STAND IN THE WAY OF DREAMS
He who is bound to a star does not turn back. By Leonardo da Vinci
Dreams are like stars; you may never touch them, but if you follow them, they will lead you to your destiny. By Author Unknown
Ah, great it is to believe the dream as we stand in youth by the starry stream, but a greater thing is to fight life through and say at the end; “The dream is true!” By Edwin Markham
JUST FOR TODAY
Just for today wish on a star. It doesn’t matter how far away it seems. Follow your bliss. Greet the dawn with a smile.
Just for today touch a moonbeam. Let your inner light shine. Discover all the potential inside you. Do the things that make your heart happy. Remember your hopes are closer than you think.
Just for today start fresh, begin anew, leave regrets behind. A whole new world is ahead of you. Count your blessings and realize you’re loved more than you know, today and every tomorrow.

Have you been keeping your body cells happy! Each type of cell in the human body is specially equipped for its role. Cells of the digestive system, for instance, are vastly different in structure and function from cells of the skeletal system. Cells of the body depend on each other to keep the body functioning as a unit. There are hundreds of types of cells, but the following are the 11 most common.
Yesterday, I went over five of the most common cells; stem cells, bones cells, blood cells, muscle cells and fat cells. Today I will post on the sixth most common cell, which is THE SKIN.
The skin is composed of a layer of epithelial tissue (epidermis) that is supported by a layer of connective tissue (dermis) and an underlying subcutaneous layer. The outermost layer of the skin is composed of flat, squamous epithelial cells that are closely packed together. The skin covers a wide range of roles. It protects internal structures of the body from damage, prevents dehydration, acts as a barrier against germs, stores fat, and produces vitamins and hormones.
Why should this matter to you? Well, a group of organs makes up an organ system and a group of organ systems make up the human body. So, if an organ is damaged, it means the cells and cell structure in the organ are also damaged.
In fact, the damage can decide the fate of the entire tissue or organ. The cell death pathways decide if it recovers or dies instead. This is why you have to keep them happy. Tomorrow’s cell we will be focusing on is, NERVE CELLS.
SOLO PRODUCTIVITY
There’s a reason why you feel more productive when you work on your own. Research shows that brainstorming in groups generates for fewer ideas than when the same number of people work alone and pool their ideas at a later time. That’s not to say you can’t be a team player, but important to recognize that time spent on your own can generate some of your best ideas, which you can than take to share with your team.

Until Wednesday, a bird doesn't sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song. Use what talent you possess; the wood would be very silent if no bird sang except those that sang best. Enjoy today!
