The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.

Hello Followers,

Question of the week, are you afraid of change?

Your fear center is one of the most primitive parts of your brain.

We all possess a threat-detection mechanism inside of our brain that steers us away from danger.

The problem is that the way your fear center operates is very black and white.

It does not know the difference between a saber-toothed tiger or a big change in your life.

If you face any situation where there is potential for stress or discomfort, you can guarantee that your brain will convince you to move as far away from that situation as possible.

And given that almost everything we want lies on the other side of discomfort, this does not go well for our pursuit of a fulfilling life.

But as many people have proven repeatedly, your fear of the unknown does not have to control your life.

So, what is something that you want to do?

Identity, what is holding you back and move into your power by taking a step toward your dreams and away from fear.

It is impossible, said pride.

It is risky, said experience.

It is pointless, said reason.

Give it a try, whispered the heart.

It is early in the morning and this message came to me.

I fear no more for I have managed my disease.

I trusted my heart to find another way to treat my illness other than cut, poison, and burn.

I also realized without having cancer I would have not met these amazing people that have taught me so much about life and I would have never experienced Mexico and their culture.

Through taking a detour in the road, I have better knowledge and have tried to educate others on other ways to control diseases (Functional Medicine).

Through my journey, I have been sharing my personal healing process in hopes that maybe your heart is whispering to you like it did me.

Through the knowledge that I have gained, I do not fear the unknown, I look past that and take each day with a grain of salt.

The future will be full of experiences that will not be impossible for I took something bad and made it good.

We all deserve to follow our hearts and choose our own journey, but first we must research the unknown, Functional Medicine.

Research and you will find that life is not pointless.

Your mind will grow full of hope and your journey will continue for many years.

To finish I must say that with our hearts we can change our fear of the unknown and give hope for our future.

Enjoy the now, for the future depends on it.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

IT TAKES A BOLD SPIRIT to go after what you really want.

When we know we need to make a change, fear of the unknown can keep us from expanding our horizons.

You are brave.

There are things that you have done that you were not ready for and somehow, here you are, stronger and ready to take the next leap.

What is something that you want to do?

Identity, what is holding you back and move into your power by taking a step toward your dreams and away from fear.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Release Fear of The Unknown - 10 Minute Guided Meditation to Let Go of Anxiety, Worry, Doubts, Fears.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, when you are trying to move away from the unknown and the hard things in life,

you are actively choosing to move further away from what you want in life.
