The changes we dread; most may contain our salvation.

Hello Followers,

Thank goodness it is Friday,

Are you one to dread CHANGE?

Change frequently occurs throughout our daily lives.

There is only one constant in life, and that is change.

Changes often occur in stages, and it may not feel as fast as you would like but know that in time the changes you seek will occur.

We can resist it, or we can embrace it.

Resisting typically brings pain, prolongs suffering, and is often done so in vain.

However, embracing change sets the stage for renewal, growth, and a more promising future.

Life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change.

Dan and my hope are that these posts will inspire you to let go and grow, to change.

But more importantly, we hope these embrace change posts inspire you to lean into whatever change you may be resisting now.

Certainly, changing for the sake of change is of no benefit to anyone, but there are a few areas in everyone’s life where change may just be what we need.

It is time to embrace change and let go!

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

WHEN GRAPES RIPEN, they go through a process called veraison.

It is an incredible sight to see the berries turn from green to purple.

A bunch does not mature all at once but creates a lovely pattern of color.

In time the grapes are ready to be harvested as they ripen in the sun.

Changes often occur in stages, and it may not feel as fast as you would like but know that in time the changes you seek will occur.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle

It can be hard to learn how to deal with change and the unknown.

The future can be uncertain and scary.

But we cannot live in fear!

We can focus our minds to give us strength and confidence in life.

This guided mindfulness meditation will help us to be present and aware.

We will learn to embrace change with joy and curiosity.

Let anxiety drift away and allow peace and calm to flow into every fiber of your being!

This session will have you floating through clouds and includes just over 10 minutes of spoken meditation dialogue, followed by another 5 minutes of ambient music meditation for fifteen minutes in total.

Taking even five or ten minutes out of your day to meditate and practice mindfulness can make a big change in your mental health!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Saturday, moving does not change who you are.

It only changes the view outside your window.
