It is time to celebrate the holiday season of Christmas and to get ready to celebrate the end of 2023.
Party Time!
But first, every day we have a choice about how we want to feel and what we want to do.
That is why each day we can choose to take a step toward new habits.
This is something to think about for next year!
Everyone has habits and routines they are comfortable in, and the thought of trying something out of your comfort zone can feel overwhelming.
It is tempting to keep things as they are for the sake of familiarity.
However, it is essential that we look at the possibilities that come from change.
Change can bring peace and awareness, as well as cast us into a future we only once dreamed of.
Change helps us understand our circumstances, come to terms with what is done, and truly grow.
We could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

EVERY DAY WE HAVE A CHOICE about how we want to feel and what we want to do.
Choice requires consistent awareness of how we are feeling and how we want to change until it becomes a habit.
That is why each day we can choose to take a step toward new habits.
Choose a theme each month to create a new habit.
Because habits are formed with time and practice, imagine the growth, and change that can take place in a year.
What will you choose today?
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
 May this be a time of positive changes and growth for you, both personally and professionally.Â
May you find new opportunities to learn, to love, and to be kind.
May you overcome any challenges you may face and emerge stronger and wiser than before.
Remember, every day is a new chance to make a difference in the world and in your own life.Â
