The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.

Hello followers,

Well, you made it to Hump Day!

Question, that just came to me!

How many times have you seen someone you find attractive, or developed a crush on someone you know, and asked yourself, what do I have to offer this person?

They are so great, and I am so not on their level.

This is a serious issue for self-loathers, of course, but I think most of us have felt something like this at times in our life, even if it is not a persistent problem.

I know I have felt that way before!

And you know it is also a natural question to ask.

If you like or admire a person, you tend to lift them up and make yourself feel like less in comparison.

But there are several reasons why questioning what you have to offer another person is self-defeating.

For number one, it reflects a transactional or exchange-oriented mind-set.

You do not have to offer anything other than being yourself.

No one can judge your value in a relationship except the other person.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

June 28th

EVERYTHING IN NATURE has something to offer.

A flower offers pollen to the birds and bees.

The sun offers luminosity and warmth.

The snow offers water to rivers as it melts.

The rain offers relief to the parched earth.

What is your offer?

Think about how you serve others and show up each day.

If you are not using your talents, find a way to implement them into your life.

Walk into your strength and own your power.

Your offering is your present to the world.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This is a 10-minute guided morning meditation.

Remember that you are worthy of love, respect, and happiness.

Embrace your strengths and honor your vulnerabilities, for they are the building blocks of your resilience and growth.

Your worthiness does not need to hinge on external validation or achievements, but rather on the inherent value that resides within you.

So, as you embark upon this new day, hold your head high and carry this truth with you!

May your morning be filled with hope, purpose, and a deep sense of self-worth that propels you towards a fulfilling and joyful journey.

This video explains the protection cross flow that circulates energy through the qi field, boosts the lung qi and works with key acupuncture points that balance the yin and yang meridians.

It is great to do during a change of season period if you feel stressed or energetically vulnerable.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, nobody is more individual than you, so be confident about who you are and what you have to offer because everybody has things to offer.

HAPPY HUMP DAY
