You ask why I started the series of YOU CAN DO IT.
Well, I have heard that it is almost impossible to change to a healthy lifestyle.
I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.
Because Dan and I have!
I'm not going to sugarcoat this.
Nobody wants to be healthy "just because."
You're probably dealing with a health issue like fatigue, insomnia, weight gain or a chronic illness; that greatly impacts your life in a negative way.
If you're like Dan and I used to be, you're skeptical that you'll actually make the lasting changes needed to get the health you desire.
We know exactly how you feel.
Dan and I have jumped on the "I'm going to get healthy" train more times than I'd like to admit, until I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
It helped us by going for treatments in Mexico, for not only receiving treatment; we were taught how to change our lifestyle.
Not just during treatment, but for the rest of our lives.
We put our heart and soul into making changes.
Don’t go down the same old story: "I can't do this.
Don’t say, I guess I'm destined to feel like crap the rest of my life.
Don’t say, I'm just one of the unlucky ones.
Don’t say, it’ll never change.
Before Dan and I get into the pitfalls and how to avoid them, I want to remind you of this; creating lasting change is a deeply spiritual journey because it requires you to deeply connect with your heart and soul.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?
A good general rule for a confession is simple.
Confess if it will help the other person and strengthen the relationship.
Use discernment if the confession will simply relieve your guilt but bring anguish to the other person.
Certainly, we want to be honest in our relationships but we must be careful not to use a tell-all session as a search for absolution.
GUILT IS AN INSIDE ALARM THAT SIGNALS THE NEED TO CHANGE COURSE.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

It’s been since March that I ended off, due to Dan’s and my move.
How many cups of chamomile tea can you drink in a day?
Because chamomile’s oils aren’t very water-soluble, tea won’t have as strong of an effect as chamomile essential oil uses, nor powders or tinctures, but it can still help you to kick back and soothe your stomach after a long day.
This means that you can drink one to four cups of chamomile tea per day
If you want to use chamomile on your skin, in the bath or combined with other products you already have, look for chamomile extracts that contain about 50 percent alcohol and a standardized extract of 1.2 percent of apigenin, which is one of the most effective bioactive agents.
Chamomile essential oil can also be bought in health food stores and online.
It’s an excellent remedy for solving skin issues and reducing pain, plus you can burn chamomile as an aromatherapy treatment to ease tension, relax and fall asleep easily.
