True happiness involves the full use of one’s power and talents.

Hello followers,

WELCOME TO HUMP DAY AND FIRST DAY OF SUMMER!

Today I am thinking of our daughter, Danielle.

She has been working and doing what she loves for the past three years, by using her talent as a print designer.

From a very young age, Dan and I had noticed that she had this talent for creating art.

What is your talent?

Love to hear from you!

Talent is defined as someone who has a natural ability to be good at something, especially without being taught.

Every human being possesses at least one skill that makes them unique and memorable.

Most people agree that just being talented is not enough in this world, one needs to be consistent in their efforts to become successful.

Talent and hard work go hand in hand.

When someone diligently puts in the effort over time, they bear the fruits of their labor.

This is applicable to any aspect of a person's life, from work and hobbies to relationships.

Talent does not necessarily have to be present solely in a person's professional endeavors, many people have a talent for various soft skills such as team building, communication, adaptability, negotiation.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

June 21st

EACH OF US HAS A TALENT to share with the world.

We are born with these talents or develop them, and they burn like a fire inside our souls.

We are all creative in our own way.

It takes courage to create and share something that comes from the soul and your skill is best when shared.

You never know who may need to receive your talent.

Sometimes all we need is an audience of one.

Create without expectation.

Let the fire within you bring passion and light into the world.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Yesterday, Dan had mentioned to me that we had not done Qigong Swing for a while.

So, I looked it up and we decided to follow along.

This video is produced by Jean Yeoh.

It is a 39-minute exercise of 8 routines with a total of approximately 2000 arm swings to help you to build up your defense against cancer.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, talent is a universal gift, but it takes a lot of courage to use it.

Do not be afraid to be the best.
