Try to be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.

Hello Wednesday,

Yesterday Dan and I spent a peaceful day in nature. Watching the leaves of golden, red and brown falling from the trees and even lining the pathway gives a somewhat view of coldness is coming.

Walking along the path with the tree roots surrounding the walkway makes me realize how wise they may be. What they have seen throughout the years!

While enjoying nature, Dan and I took a little time out to meditate for love, peace and kindness.

With all that’s happening around our world these days, its more than ever important to be kind and respectful to others. As we were hiking the pathway, a couple of boys on bikes went by us and as they passed by, out of respect everyone said, “excuse me”. I then told them to be safe and they replied back, “thank you madam”.

To be kind and generous towards others, simply means that you possess the quality of being generous, helpful, and caring about other people. This quality of kindness can be taught or inculcated in an individual and it gradually comes up and one starts showing generosity towards all.

When you are a kind person, you are not only making others happy and satisfied, but you are helping yourself too. There’s true scientific evidence that being kind makes you and others around you happy and contented. So always be kind to all, no matter how they are behaving with you or how they are responding to you.

Kindness holds the ultimate power to change the world and bring in the positive vibes. It is one of the most amazing personality traits that will in return give you full happiness and contentment.

To be kind to others is the most compassionate and wonderful act which holds a brilliant reward.

This reward is what you see when there is smile on the face of a traveler who is in search of light and hope. Become the reason for the ray of hope and light in someone’s else life and see happiness and brightness all around you.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” — Leo Buscaglia

So, today as the world continues to turn in an uncertain way, remember the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or an act of caring and show an act of kindness to all.

Transdermal ozone, also known as hyperthermic ozone and transcutaneous ozone therapy.

Transdermal ozone is a method in which ozone is introduced into the body via the skin while sitting in a hot steam cabinet. As the pores of the skin open as a result of being surrounded by the warm stream, ozone enters the body trans dermally via the skin.

The ozone then penetrates the blood, lymph and fat. Thus, by allowing ozone in and toxins out via the sweating process that is induced, transdermal ozone therapy is one of the most powerful methods of detoxifying and oxygenating the body in existence.

Transdermal application of ozone combined with hyperthermia in the steam cabinet is the treatment of choice for more cancers except brain cancer, which can be treated with ozone insufflation in the ear. Cancer cells are tightly packed as they try to force their way in between other cells and they are thus less able to shed heat.

This accounts for the effect that heat stress has in killing cancer. Both heat stress and ozone kill cancer, so this treatment offers the best opportunity to eliminate cells which are fermenting sugar an aerobically by halting metastasis and restoring a healthy aerobic function.

Because of its negative charge and the positive charge of cancer cells (due to the lack of an enzyme coating) ozone is able to seek out and destroy all the cancer cells with more certainty than the surgeon’s crude scalpel.

In addition, ozone will oxidize the toxins which caused the original problem and thus prevent recurrence of the problem. This is in contrast to chemotherapy which is massively immune-suppressive and radiation which itself causes cancer.

Ozone is a word many people do not associate with medical treatment. However, it is a very safe and effective antiviral therapy. Its use in treating human health dates back to the 1950’s in Germany. Millions have been treated with it in various countries since that time.

Ozone is 03 or a cluster of 3 oxygen atoms, whereas the oxygen we breathe is 02 a pair of oxygen atoms. O2 must absorb energy and give up electrons to become 03.

03 is not stable but tries to go back to 02 by stealing electrons and giving off the energy it absorbed to become 03. That action of breaking down into 02 is called oxidation.

How is ozone oxidation useful for ill patients? Your cells have antioxidants to protect you from the natural oxidation that occurs when you burn the oxygen you breathe, so they are not harmed by the oxidation of properly prepared ozone. On the other hand, viruses do not have antioxidants because they do not use oxygen to live as our cells do.

So, when the ozone comes in contact with viruses, they are easily killed. This works for all viruses from the common cold to shingles, hepatitis C and HIV. Because ozone breaks down into normal 02, it is very safe for patients of any age or condition.

When choosing a facility, ask how they do the procedure? There are different techniques such as rectal ozone and local cold plasma ozone therapy.

For example, when I had my treatment, I had this procedure rectal and when Dan had this procedure, they used another technique.

Since it was a busy day, I do not have time to write a lot because I am being transferred from room to room for different types of treatment. I have decided to have Sherry take movies of my day. Here is a movie of Dr Bustamante doing the ozone treatment.

Good morning Wednesday 💗 Cherish the beautiful moments of the past, dream of a successful future and live in the present.💕💕 have a great day.#inspiration#motivation#livelifetothefullest

Green Laundry Care with Dr. Bronner’s

For clothing, I use about 2-3 Tbsp. (30-45 mL) of Sal Suds or 1/3-1/2 c. (80-120 mL) of Pure-Castile Liquid soap for each large load in my regular washer. When I’m washing something grubbier, like towels, I might throw in a ½ c. (120 mL) of baking soda and with the Castile, for hard water, I’ll add 1 cup (240 mL) of vinegar to the rinse water via the fabric softener compartment.

For an HE washing machine, halve these amounts. Both the Sal Suds and Castile soap biodegrade readily and are safe for septic and greywater systems.

Until tomorrow, remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end. Today give a virtual hug, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment to someone to create this ripple of kindness.
