When gratitude becomes an essential foundation in our lives, miracles start to appear everywhere.

Hello Followers,

Wow, it is Friday!

And the last one of this October.

Dan wanted to take the time to thank all for the warm birthday wishes Wednesday.

We had a wonderful day celebrating it in a small historic town called Fincastle.

Fincastle was incorporated in 1772 and today is a quiet and quaint village.

George Washington, Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson, and other prominent Virginians either appeared in Fincastle or sent their agents to lay claim to tracts of wilderness lands.

Thousands of English, German, and Scots Irish pioneers passed through on their way on The Great Valley Road which traversed the famed Shenandoah Valley to settle the western frontier county.

Dan and I are very blessed that each day, we wake up to start a new day.

Gratitude is a key to happiness.

True gratitude being a springboard to both success and character.

Gratitude means a lot of different things to a lot of different people.

But one thing is always the same, it is always very important.

Today, Dan and I choose to live with gratitude for the love that fills our heart, the peace that rests within our spirit, and the voice of hope that says all things are possible.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

October 27th

ON COOLER MORNINGS, it feels inviting to stay in bed a bit longer.

Stepping out from under the covers to start the day can also be invigorating.

Our thoughts create our reality.

Enjoy the warmth of the covers as well as the rush of starting your day.

Be grateful for the comfort of your bed and the sleep you just had as well as the cool air and the start of a new day.

There is a good side to everything.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

It is easy to overlook the things we should be thankful for.

This gratitude meditation provides a moment of reflection and mindfulness, helping you shift your focus to the blessings of something simple as water.

By practicing gratitude, you can improve your mood, reduce stress, and enhance your overall sense of contentment.

Taking just five minutes to tune in and express appreciation can set a positive tone for your day and foster a more optimistic outlook on life.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
