You are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.

Hello Followers,

Happy Hump Day!

QUESTION – how many of you out there compare yourself to others.

I was raised with three sisters and always felt that I was compared to them.

Comparison can keep you from experiencing happiness.

Just remember, where you are right now is exactly where you need to be.

Stop. Stop questioning

Stop over-thinking

Stop looking back and trying to measure where you have been

or how far you have left to go

Stop telling yourself you are not there yet or are not good enough

Because right where you are in this moment even in all this imperfection along with a mess and steps still left to take, is exactly where you are supposed to be.

Thousands of moments led up to this.

Hundreds of decisions and actions.

Millions of tiny thoughts and mistakes and blessings have brought you here.

And here is good.

So, stop.

Stop worrying.

Stop wondering.

Stop letting yourself feel defeated and broken.

You are none of those things.

You are a person who is growing, changing, learning, becoming, succeeding.

And where you are right now?

That is exactly where you are supposed to be.

Trust in the moment, and more importantly, trust yourself.

You are incredible and strong.

So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

December 13th

COMPARISON CAN KEEP US FROM experiencing happiness.

Where you are right now is exactly where you need to be.

Worrying about what others are doing takes your attention away from the present moment.

If we spend our days comparing ourselves to others, we rob ourselves of the opportunity to lead a fulfilling and happy life.

When you find your mind comparing, bring it back to the moment at hand and find something about yourself that you are thankful about.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

Believe in yourself and the power within you. 

Trust that everything is going to work out in the end.

Even when faced with uncertainty, have faith in your abilities and the choices you have made. 

Embrace each moment with enthusiasm and determination.

 Stay focused on your goals and keep moving forward. 

Even on days when the path seems unclear, know that you have the resilience and tenacity to find your way. 

Trust that the universe is conspiring in your favor, and remember that in the end, everything is going to work out beautifully.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
