You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.
CONTINUING THE SERIES ON; TIME AND CONTINUING LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Dan and I wish you all a happy week-end.
Yesterday as we were sitting down for a picnic in Charlottesville before Dan’s ozone treatments, I took this picture of the sun shining among the tree's🍂Fall is here!
A couple of days ago, I was watching the boob tube (TV) and I heard that the average person lives four thousand weeks.
Time is PRECIOUS!
Although we have a limited amount of time, it is something many of us squander away.
Using your time effectively is important, and you stand to gain from it.
Remember, how we spend our time is how we spend our lives.
How many are you out there are left-handers?
I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.
It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.
WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?
A lot of hard evidence shows that most left-handers because they are dominated by a different kind of brain, are a distinctly different kind of people.
They literally think differently, even when solving the same problem as a right-hander.
Right-handers adapt comfortably to abstractions.
But left-handers tend to translate everything into visual imagery.
QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
If you look at photos of yourself from five years ago, ten years ago, or more, you may feel a bit down comparing outer appearances.
Yes, most likely you look a little older now.
But if you think of the person, you were then compared to now; all the things you didn’t know yet, the struggles you were going to have to make it through without knowing the outcome well, maybe being here now, knowing what you know now, is worth a wrinkle or two.
Someday you’ll look back on photos of yourself today and think of how young you looked and how much more life lay ahead of you.
So, why not just make that someday today?

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.
Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.
20 PICTURES - ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW
"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."
So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.
Tomorrow I will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CAN AILING RELATIONSHIPS MAKE YOU SICK?
Getting out of the swamp depends on your willingness to step through the mire.
Lardon cities a study of twenty thousand white women between the ages of eighteen and fifty-five that found married women far less prone to physical illness than single women, who suffer more chronic conditions and spent more days in bed than did the married women.
A divorced women’s odds of dying in a given year from cancer of the mouth, digestive organs, lungs and breast are two to three times that of a married woman.
Our health is tied to our emotions; emotions are tied to relationships.
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of TURMERIC. It’s amazing what and how turmeric can help keep your body healthy?
The next time you're under the weather, you may want to sip some turmeric tea.
Curcumin might help you to fight off a variety of viruses, including herpes and the flu. (But most of the research on this was done in a lab, not on people.)
Keep in mind that turmeric is only about 3% curcumin, and your body doesn't absorb curcumin well, so the occasional cup of tea won't be a cure-all.
NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

Until Sunday, time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you.
