Change in all things is sweet.

THIS WEEK’S BLOG IS ON, CHANGE? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY. ALSO, CANCER: CIVILIZATION’S -NO. 2 KILLER?????

Hello followers,

Happy Saturday!

If you have been following, Dan and I have not posted in three days.

You know the saying, when it rains it pours.

Dan and I ran across some issues while visiting in Minnesota.

So let us begin with, your vision becomes clear.

When all is said and done, change is a catalyst for new beginnings.

With a new beginning, you need a vision of what you want it to be.

As you get stronger and more resilient to change, the brain fog that comes with major events can clear faster.

Consequently, you become more adept at navigating the change.

With a clearer head and an increasingly better sense of the path you want to take, your vision of what is possibly comes into focus.

Tomorrow, your motivation turns into momentum.

Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.

OCTOBER IS THE MONTH FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

Today we are posting about cancer suppression, which is part of the five-step plan.

Cancer suppression is a unique approach to fighting cancer.

It is recognized that a disease does not appear over night; however, rather that the dysfunction of disease is the result of lifelong interactions between our environment and our genetic predispositions.

To return a person to health it requires reversing or substantially improving the specific dysfunctions that contributed to the disease state.

Each person therefore represents a unique complex and interwoven set of influences and intrinsic functionality.

This will set the stage for the development of disease, as well as the maintenance and restoration of health.

The key word here is maintenance.

Cancer suppression approach overseas is defined by; Systemic Hyperthermia, Autologous immune enhancement therapy, Dendritic cells, NK cells, T-cell modulating therapy, Synergistic cancer suppressors, Systemic ozone, Laetrile, Vitamin C, Selenium, Melatonin, and others.

Throw out the blog Dan and I have posted these treatments and more.

First and foremost, we have learned that it is much more then treatments that manages cancer; it is your lifestyle.

Cancer did not happen overnight; studies show that it has been there for sometimes 10 to 12 years before seen by x-ray or scan.

OCTOBER 29th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?

National Oatmeal Day – October 29, 2022

National Oatmeal Day comes around annually on October 29, celebrating one of the world’s most versatile, familiar foods.

But how many of us know more than that?

How many ways are there to prepare it?

With all the way to eat and use oatmeal, it is no wonder we had to dedicate a full day to it!

Oatmeal, while praised today by nutritionists and health gurus, comes from very humble beginnings.

The last of the cereal grains to be domesticated by western society 3,000 year ago, the oats for oatmeal came from weeds that grew in fields prepared for other crops.

Ancient Romans saw oats as an unfortunate and diseased wheat and used them as cheap horse food.

They scoffed in disgust at societies who ate oats in their meals, such as the Germanic tribes who conquered the West Roman Empire as well as the Scottish whom the Romans were never able to conquer.

Huh, almost sounds like the Romans should have eaten their oats after all.

Though oats are still used in horse food today, there is a portion set aside specifically for human consumption.

And for good reason!

The fiber within oats is more soluble than any other grain.

Soluble fiber dissolves in water and turns into a thick, viscous gel, which moves slowly through the body.

This means it keeps you full for prolonged periods of time.

Soluble fiber also slows down the body’s process of glucose absorption and inhibits re-absorption of bile into the system, meaning you avoid sugar highs and lows while your liver gets its needed cholesterol from your blood.

So apparently, eating oatmeal makes you stronger than a Roman.

Who knew?

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is

ALL BELIEFS AND BELIEF SYSTEMS BOIL DOWN TO HAVING FAITH IN SOMETHING WE WOULD LIKE TO BELIEVE TO BE THE TRUTH.

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Cancer: Civilization's - No. 2 Killer

Continuing from yesterday, Differentiation and De-differentiation.

The degree of de-differentiation determines the primitiveness of the cells and therefore their rate of growth, which means that the malignancy of the cancer is related to the degree of de differentiation, fermentation, and production of lactic acid.

Thus, the cancer growth proceeds in a vicious circle because the lactic acid and other waste products of the cancer cells worsen further the cancer milieu which started the process off in the first place.

Moreover, because the cancer cells resemble embryonic cells in structure and function, they are to some degree capable of producing the same blocking factor embryonic cells do, which inhibits the immune system from attacking them.

Tomorrow, Metastasis--The Main Danger.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, change is inevitable. Growth is optional.
