Thank goodness for Friday!

The touch is explosive.
It is so warm that it melts away everything.
A lot of times in life, we feel lost, broken, and alone.
We feel like we are not good enough like we will never be able to achieve our dreams.
These are the moments when we need a touch.
We need someone to remind us that we are not alone in this world and that we are capable of anything we set our minds to.
Sometimes, reaching out and taking someone’s hand is the beginning of a journey.
At other times it is allowing another to take yours.
THE WORD OF THE DAY – TOUCH
From hugs to pats on the back, we crave touch.
Babies cannot thrive without it.
It is important to note the hunger for touch cannot be satisfied by material things.
It is possible to be touched by words and actions.
Have you been touched today?
If not, consider giving out a hug or two.
Make staying in touch a priority.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

TOUCH IS POWERFUL
Human beings need one another.
We are a deeply social species, and our bodies crave touch and connection.
You can connect through touch with romantic partners, but touch is not exclusively romantic.
Physical intimacy is part of every close human relationship, family, friends, even our pets.
A desire to be close to one another, touching hands, exchanging hugs, a cool hand on a hot forehead all forms of gentle and consensual touch are powerful conduits of the love we have for one another.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
It is easy to lose touch with our inner selves and the profound wisdom of our hearts.
This brief practice offers a precious opportunity to reconnect, fostering a sense of inner peace and emotional balance.
By dedicating just a few minutes each morning to this meditation, you can ground yourself in gratitude, compassion, and self-awareness, setting a harmonious tone for the day ahead.
