Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – TEA. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

A new week is approaching us!

This is a great time to start a new series along with the beginning of a new year.

Dan and I have blogged about transformation, new beginnings so far this month and related them to how it effects our health.

In the past, we have blogged about treatments and other ways of managing cancer.

At the end of last year, we were researching and blogging about causes and preventions, that is what our main focus will be throughout this year.

The new series is on challenges and how it effects one’s health.

Challenges come to us to make us better, not bitter.

There is wisdom in challenges, you must look for them.

Challenges can make you or break you.

How often do you get a tight slap across the face by your dear but dreaded friend, the Wake-up Call?

The same one that jolted you from your seemingly comfortable life with this one thought: What the blank am I doing with my life!

But in response you promised yourself that you will change yourself to be in a better position next time.

This Wake-up Call can be in any form.

Bypassed promotions, missed deadlines, forgotten commitments, disappointed spouse, unhappy kids, failing career, and sometimes even no job or no life at all.

These are the horrors of what is called a haphazard, reactive lifestyle.

Question, how do we catch ourselves in these moments of horror?

In researching, Dan and I have found out how!

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

TAKE A PROPER LUNCH BREAK

A conscientious worker may be so focused on the job that lunch gets taken on the wing, with no break from working.

Having a sociable lunch in a nearby café is the best option.

By all means bring your own packed lunch to work (for economy, if nothing else) but try to consume it away from your desk.

If this isn’t possible clear a space, and enjoy your meal slowly, with a glass of water focusing mindfully on flavors and textures.

Go for a 5-minute walk before you start.

Do a short breathing meditation to help mark the beginning of your mealtime.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM

To set the stage for talking through a problem with your screwed-up person, you should do the following:

· Arrange a quite time to discuss a specific issue.

· Agree on the rules.

· Use the speaker-listener technique where each person takes turns talking and listening; the listener repeats back what they heard.

· Separate the problem discussion from the problem solution.

· Agree on a resolution and set a time to meet again to discuss progress in establishing the compromises.

Continue tomorrow –

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?

Put the kettle on, because we’re sharing some of the biggest benefits hidden in the world’s most

popular teas.

Yesterday Dan and I blogged about the second type, herbal teas.

Today the third type, GREEN TEAS.

Green tea originates from China, where the leaves are processed with heat using a pan-firing or roasting method and Japan, where the leaves are more commonly steamed.

Green tea is exceptionally high in flavonoids that can help boost your heart health by lowering bad cholesterol and reducing blood clotting.

Studies show this type of tea can also help lower blood pressure, triglycerides and total cholesterol.

Other research has found that green tea has a possible impact on liver, breast, prostate and colorectal cancers.

This tea variety has also shown to be anti-inflammatory, which helps keep your skin clear and glowing.

In recent years, matcha; a form of green tea has grown in popularity.

Matcha is a very fine, high-quality green tea powder made from the entire leaves of tea bushes grown in the shade.

Since it is the only form of tea in which the leaves are ingested, matcha contains even more antioxidants that regular green tea.

In fact, some have suggested that one cup of matcha is the equivalent to 10 cups of regular green tea.

Tomorrow type four, Black Teas –

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

TOMORROW DOES NOT EXIST.

THERE IS ONLY A NOW.

CHALLENGE YOUR LIMITS

Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits. #dont#limit#your#challenges#limits#newbeginnings#inspirational#motivational

Until Tuesday, life is full of challenges, but these challenges are only given to you because God knows your faith is strong enough to get you through them.
