Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Count down to SPRING, 14 more days.

Each and every year, the end of winter brings us into a season of beauty we know as spring.

There are many reasons why we look forward to spring with enthusiasm.

A time of the year when nature promises new life and new hope.

Spring is one of Dan’s and my favorite season.

After the long and dark winter months, spring brings new feelings and emotions.

The temperatures become more moderate and we can finally step outside and enjoy beautiful scenery.

This gorgeous season symbolizes rebirth and renewal.

It also represents love, joy, hope, and growth.

As the temperatures become pleasant, flowers bud into lush colors, and the days get longer, so will our lives transform.

Take this spring as a chance to create positive outcomes in all aspects of your life.

Spring is the perfect time to forget perfection and find satisfaction in creating living a great story.

There is no such a thing as perfect, there is only perception.

The idea of it is based on your own definition.

Instead of always searching for perfection, strive for the things that satisfy your individual wants and needs.

Also continue to work hard!

Being lazy and doing the bare minimum only guarantees dissatisfaction.

Work hard to get closer and closer towards your goal every day.

We all need to work to make a living, so why not make this life, consuming activity as consistently fun as possible?

Make sure your work is something that drains your energy but also makes you feel like you are making good use of it.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 5; HAPPILY, BUSY

THE VALUE OF CURIOSITY

Curiosity is the sign of lively engagement with the world and with others, and of an eagerness to learn and be surprised.

All this makes it a virtue.

The curious enrich themselves, inwardly through pleasurable discoveries.

They also make good company.

Once embarked on the path of curiosity you’ll soon come across fascinating connections, prompting you to explore further.

Keep boredom at bay by honing your antennae to probe into fascinating corners.

This is where true treasures lie.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

NO ONE UNWRAPS YOUR BINDINGS FOR YOU

A DECISION –

Coping with a screwed-up person is hard.

It feels like -

A steamroller hits you at times when you try to handle the problems.

It’s difficult to not blow it.

It feels like you are in a pressure cooker when the heat is turned up.

I’m sure, you have a right to be angry at the injustices in your life.

The question is-

How many times should we forgive?

The answer is-

As many times as necessary to free yourself from becoming just like the person who is making you suffer.

Tomorrow, LIFELINES-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

If you need some brain power, cacao is what you need!

The flavonoids in cacao and chocolate have been shown to have a positive effect on the brain, helping improve various types of cognitive and visual tasks.

This is a result of more efficient blood flow to different nerve tissues, which regulate and control bodily functions and activity.

One study of healthy volunteers showed that after just 5 days of consuming high-flavanol cacao there was improved blood flow to the brain.

Further to this, a similar study by researchers showed that daily consumption of cocoa flavanols improved thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment.

I think Dan and I will now pause, snack break for some cacao.

What about you!

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, YOUR ABILITES, AND YOUR OWN POTENTIAL. NEVER LET SELF-DOUBT HOLD YOU CAPTIVE. YOU ARE WORTHY OF ALL THAT YOU DREAM OF AND HOPE FOR.

ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS

Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things. #enjoythelittlethingsinlife#oneday#lookback#realizetheywerethebigthings#livingagreatstory
