Forgive yourself for what you think you have done or not done.


At every moment, you had your reasons for all your actions and decisions.


You have always done the best that you could do.


Forgive yourself.



Today Dan and I will explore some steps that may help you learn how to forgive yourself.


Self-forgiveness is not about letting yourself off the hook, nor is it a sign of weakness.


The act of forgiveness, whether you are forgiving yourself or someone who has wronged you, does not suggest that you are pardoning the actions.



To forgive yourself, you should:


Understand your emotions


Accept responsibility for what happened


Treat yourself with kindness and compassion


Express remorse for your mistakes


Make amends and apologize (including apologizing to yourself)


Looking for ways to learn from the experience


Focus on making better choices in the future



Forgiveness means that you accept the behavior, you accept what has happened, and you are willing to move past it and move on with your life without dwelling over past events that cannot be changed.


Tomorrow let us explore and understand our emotions.



How to Make Simple Homemade Cleaning Sprays



Below are simple recipes for each type:


1. All-Purpose Cleaner


Ingredients:


One cup white vinegar

One cup of water

Two tablespoons of baking soda

Juice of one lemon (optional)

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle. Shake well before each use.



2. Glass Cleaner


Ingredients:


1/4 cup rubbing alcohol

1/4 cup white vinegar

Two cups of water

Optional: A few drops of essential oil for scent

Directions: Combine ingredients in a spray bottle. Shake well and use windows or mirrors.


3. Disinfectant Spray


Ingredients:


1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide (3%)

1/2 cup of distilled water

Twenty drops tea tree or lavender essential oil


Directions: Add all ingredients to a spray bottle. Shake well and use on surfaces.

These sprays are eco-friendly, cost-effective, and simple to prepare!
