Good things take time.

Hello Followers,

THANK GOODNESS IT IS FRIDAY!

Today is also Cinco de Mayo Day, and we are dedicating this post to our friends back in Mexico.

Ten years ago, Dan and I made a big change in our life and moved to Mexico.

It was a transformation and an opportunity that turned out to be the best decision we made.

There is no doubt change can be intimidating.

Everyone has habits and routines they are comfortable in, and the thought of trying something out of your comfort zone can feel overwhelming.

It is tempting to keep things as they are for the sake of familiarity.

However, it is essential that we look at the possibilities that come from change.

Change can bring peace and awareness, as well as launching us into a future we only once dreamed of.

Change helps us understand our circumstances, come to terms with what is done, and truly grow.

As Dan and I adapted to our new surroundings, through the seven years living in Mexico; we met wonderful people, who became our friends.

We also learned a lot about their history and tried things that we would have never thought of.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

THE CHANGES THAT OCCUR in life are sometimes designed to uproot you, challenge you, and make you question whether your strength is being tested.

These times are difficult, and it can feel as if there is no end in sight.

But this season will end.

All things end.

Know this.

You are stronger than you give yourself credit for.

You can handle hard things.

When you get through this, your strength will have increased, and your spirit will be more resilient.

You can do this!

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Saturday, if you want to fly; you must give up what weighs you down.
