Never go to excess, but let moderation be your guide.

CONTINUING THIS WEEK ON SERIES MODERATION IS THE KEY TO LIFE AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. BONUS ON HAPPINESS!

Hello Followers,

Ah, yes.

Good old Tuesday!

The day between Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday just doesn’t really seem to go anywhere to me and Dan.

It’s kind of feels like it was just put there to make sure we had seven days in a week.

Doesn’t it?

However, it is getting closer to Christmas, the countdown is in 18 days.

Remember the list, Dan and I started blogging about yesterday?

The key to moderation is awareness, when we start becoming aware of one thing, our senses will open up to something new for moderation every day.

Another awareness to moderation is, walking away from the noise.

Dan and I was at the grocery store yesterday browsing the olive oil shelves when suddenly, children were roaming around in a tight space, completely out of control.

It was already quite a tight space, plus the kids, everyone became irritated.

Unconsciously, they continued to block the isles and it started to get chaotic.

People were not happy with each other, though at a low-level, but it was intense.

That’s when Dan and I became aware of how overwhelmed we were with the environment, the noise and the chaos.

From there, we chose to walk away.

We walked to the next isle where we picked up our coffee and enjoyed a moment of peace and quiet before moving back to get the olive oil.

The children had passed and so were the grumpy adults.

It became a much more enjoyable experience.

We didn’t need to brave through an environment that irritates us.

We just became aware of our emotions, and to soothe ourselves with moderations.

Tomorrow I will mention another that is on our list, until then –

As Dan and I prepare for the holidays, I will end on the series of HOW SAFE IS MEXICO and shorten the blog post a little for the coming year.

However, there is a page where I have some pictures and videos:

Another way to capture the safety of Mexico, is go on the main page of the BLOG and look for the hash tag# MEXICO on the right side of the page, and all the blog post on HOW SAFE IS MEXICO THROUGH PICTURES AND VIDEO’S will pop up.

Yesterday, ended the series on THE SIX SENSES AND YOUR WELL-BEING, to review this topic, you can also go to the main BLOG and hash tag# SIXSENSES on the right of the age, and all the post related to that topic will pop up.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL

MAKE FRIENDS WITH TIME

We tend to treat time as a finite resource, a supply we can dip into.

Instead, focus on the quality of what you’re doing; seeing time as a neutral medium.

Time is the vehicle of fulfilment, in the way that the body is the vehicle of the soul.

Clock time has a place in family life and work, but whenever when you can; tune into your body’s natural cycles.

Stop clock-watching!

Good time management is, it’s true, a factor in efficiency, but sometimes effectiveness (which means prioritizing the most worthwhile goals) is more rewarding.

Set directions as well as goals.

Enjoy unplanned time.

Avoid time traps of your own making, commitments you can’t fulfil.

How many are you out there are left-handers?

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

DID YOU KNOW?

Because left-handers are better at using both hands, they tend to be faster and more adept at typing and word processing.

It could also be because the keys most commonly struck – e, a.s, and t – are all on the left side of the keyboard.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 10; BUTTONS AND TRIGGERS

STOP RESPONDING TO BUTTONS

LIFELINES -----------------------------

Ø Buttons are the danger signals that warn us of unresolved problems.

Ø Act: don’t react.

Ø Feeling sorrow instead of hurt turns angry fists into compassionate hands.

Tomorrow starting on CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of HAWTHORN.

It’s amazing what and how hawthorn can help keep your body healthy?

Wow, did you know that hawthorn reduces anxiety?

Hawthorn has a very mild sedative effect, which may help decrease anxiety symptoms.

In a study on hawthorn’s effect on blood pressure, while people taking hawthorn extract didn’t report significantly lower levels of anxiety, there was a trend towards reduced anxiety.

In another study in 264 people with anxiety, a combination of hawthorn, magnesium, and California poppy flower significantly reduced anxiety levels, compared to a placebo.

Given that it has few side effects compared to traditional anti-anxiety medications, hawthorn continues to be researched as a potential treatment for disorders of the central nervous system, such as anxiety and depression.

If you want to try a hawthorn supplement to manage your anxiety, don’t discontinue any of your current medications and be sure to discuss it with your healthcare provider.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
