Hello Followers,
Welcome to Thursday!

You are stronger than you know.
We often underestimate our strength.
This is your reminder that you are capable of more than you think.
Challenges are what make life interesting.
Without challenges, growth would not happen.
Embrace them and watch yourself become stronger.
It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of holy basil and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.
Holy basil, or Tulsi, is one of the most valuable herbs in traditional medicine.
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
Holy basil supports immune function and is often recommended as a natural fever reliever.
Holy basil leaves are thought to act as antibiotic, germicidal and disinfectant agents, which means they can protect us from bacteria and viruses.
When we have fevers, it is proof that our bodies are fighting against infection.
Therefore, with its infection-fighting properties, Tulsi may help fight a fever.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

DID YOU KNOW!
Tree roots are like a hidden network that allows trees to talk to one another.
Underneath the ground, their roots connect and share important information.
For example, when one tree is in trouble because of pests or disease, it can send signals through its roots that warn nearby trees.
These other trees can then prepare themselves to defend against possible threats.
This communication helps the whole forest stay healthy.
In addition to warning each other, tree roots can also share nutrients and water.
Through a system known as mycorrhizae, trees connect with fungi in the soil.
The fungi help the trees absorb minerals and water, and in return, the trees provide food for the fungi.
This partnership benefits many trees, allowing them to grow stronger together.
Even different species of trees can cooperate in this way.
This incredible system of communication and sharing shows that trees are not just isolated beings.
Instead, they are part of a community where they support each other.
By helping one another, trees can thrive together, creating a healthier and more resilient ecosystem.
Dan and I welcome you to join us with the next book for our book club.
LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington
MAKE GOOD WHILE THE SUN SHINES
Some seaweeds grow as tall as trees, even though they must grow in one short season.
Giant kelp on California’s coast grows at a rate of one to two feet per day in spring and summer, reaching up toward the sunlit surface from a depth of as much as one hundred feet,
Fortunately, the cold waters here are rich in nutrients, and float-like gas bladders help the kelp stay upright and bath in sunlight near the surface above.
Once at the surface, the fronds of the kelp keep growing, and sea otters make use of them to stay anchored in one spot as they and their baby’s rest.
Feeling weighed down by thoughts, emotions, or old stories.
This 10-minute guided meditation invites you to gently release what no longer serves your highest good.
Through calming breathwork and a soothing visualization, you will create space for peace, clarity, and renewal.

Until Friday, caring for Holy basil is considered an act of bringing good luck,
health, and peace to the family.
