Patience will achieve more than force.

Hello followers,


It is time to start our Thursday!

But before we do, have you experienced something that took longer than expected?


Well stop.


And reflect on what you will stand to gain during the wait.


Dan and I occasionally reminisce on the choice of treating our cancer.

At the time we did not realize what the future would hold.


The learning, the people, and initializing of moving to Mexico to live for seven years.


It took patience and willpower, but it also took trust in our decision.

We are thankful for the process.


When you were a child, were you told at times to be patient?


Then this becomes an inner monologue throughout your life.


Patience is a commendable virtue.

Yet requires endurance which is difficult to master for many.


This Struggling to see the good can come from a time of waiting or uncertainty?


It is about the process of learning along the way.

Once we tap into that, I think the goal will be success.


Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

SOME THINGS TAKE LONGER than others.

The end goal may not be the reward, perhaps the process is.


We can learn many lessons along the way.


Growth, insight, and perseverance are some of the results we can see throughout the process.

If something is taking longer than expected, stop, and reflect on what you stand to gain during the wait.


Be patient and thankful, even if it seems tough.


Transitions generate discomfort and help us achieve a new level of comfort.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
